8 ուտելիք, որոնք զարմանալիորեն կարող են տարիներ շարունակ պահպանել իրենց պիտանելիությունը

Վերջերս Անտարկտիդայում 106 տարվա հնություն ունեցող, սակայն միանգամայն թարմ մնացած թխվածք էր հայտնաբերվել, որը պատկանել է Կապիտան Սքոթին՝ ավելի քան մեկ դար առաջ դեպի Հյուսիսային բևեռ ուղևորված ճամփորդին։ Այս ամենից հետո հարց է առաջնում․ էլ ո՞ր սնունդներն ունեն նմանատիպ հատկություն՝ երկար տարիներ մնալ և չփչանալ։ Իհարկե, Անտարկտիդայում հայտնաբերված թխվածքաբլիթը բացառություն էր, քանի որ խորհուրդ չի տրվում որևէ թխվածք երկար ժամանակ պահել։
Այնուամենայնիվ, ահա դիմացկուն 8 ուտելիքներ և հեղուկներ, որոնք բավականին երկար ժամանակ չեն կորցնում իրենց պիտանելիությունը։
Մեղր
2015 թվականին Եգիպտոսում կատարված պեղումների ժամանակ հնէաբանները հայտնաբերեցին 3000-ամյա մեղր, որը դեռևս պիտանի էր ուտելու համար։ Բանն այն է, որ մեղրի մեջ ջրի քանակությունը շատ քիչ է, բայց փոխարենը շաքարավազի քանակն է շատ բարձր, ինչի շնորհիվ բակտերիաները չեն կարողանում զարգանալ դրանում։ Բացի այդ, մեղրն իր մեջ ջրածնի պերօքսիդ է պարունակում, ինչն արգելում է բակտերիաների աճը։
Չորացված բանջարեղեն, լոբազգիներ, ձավարեղեն
Չորացված բանջարեղենը՝ օրինակ լոբին, ոսպը, ձավարը ջուր չեն պարունակում իրենց մեջ, և կրկին այդ պատճառով բակտերիաները չեն կարողանում զարգանալ, ուստի ձեր ուտելիքը չի կորցնում իր պիտանելիությունը։ Բայց հիշեք, որ չորացված բանջարեղենն անպայման պետք է չոր վայրում դնեք, հակառակ դեպքում այն կխոնավանա և շատ շուտով կփչանա։
Սոյայի սոուս
Սոյայի սոուսն առնվազն 3 տարի կարող է անվնաս մնալ։ Դրա ֆերմենտացված լինելը, ինչպես նաև մեծ քանակությամբ աղ պարունակելը նշանակում են, որ մինչ բացելն այն կարող եք երկար տարիներ պահել։ Իսկ բացելուց հետո պիտանելիության ժամկետը կախված է, թե ինչ տեսակի սոյայի սոուս է և ջերմային ինչ պայմաններում եք այն պահում։
Քացախ
Ոմանք պնդում են, որ քացախն ինքնին արդեն փչացած գինին է, բայց իրականում բակտերիաները չեն կարողանում ոչ մի կերպ ներթափանցել և զարգանալ քացախի մեջ, ինչի շնորհիվ այն երկար տարիներ չի փչանում։ Ժամանակի ընթացքում միգուցե փոխվի քացախի գունային երանգն ու համը, բայց պիտանելիությունը՝ դժվար թե։
Սպիտակ բրինձ
Վերջերս ուսումնասիրության էր ենթարկվել 30 տարի առաջվա սպիտակ բրինձ, որից հետո պարզվեց՝ այն լիովին պիտանի է օգտագործման համար։ Իհարկե՝ շատ կարևոր է նաև, որ այն չոր և փակ տարայի մեջ պահեք, քանի որ խոնավ պայմաններում այն կարող է հոտել։
Դառը շոկոլադ
Շոկոլադի պիտանելիության հարցը միշտ էլ վիճահարույց է եղել։ Կաթի ավելացումը շոկոլադին նվազեցնում է դրա պիտանելիության ժամկետը։ Բայց օրինակ՝ դառը շոկոլադը շատ ավելի երկար կարելի է պահել։
Աղ և շաքարավազ
Ինչպես արդեն նկատեցիք, առավել երկար պահվող ուտելիքները սովորաբար հարուստ են լինում շաքարավազով կամ աղով։ Պարզ ասած՝ դրանք իրենց միջից արտանետում են ջուրը՝ բակտերիաներին թույլ չտալով զարգանալ։ Հենց այս պատճառով էլ մուրաբաներ պատրաստելիս շատ շաքարավազ ենք օգտագործում, որպեսզի այն չփչանա։
Անկախ ամեն ինչից, խորհուրդ է տրվում միշտ հետևել սննդի փաթեթավորման վրա նշված պիտանելիության ժամկետներին։
