Այս կինը մի ժամանակ մոտ 100 կգ էր կշռում. տես՝ հիմա նա ինչի է վերածվել. և նա 5 երեխաների մայր է
LIFE
Սիմոնա Գեյթլին 35 տարեկան է, 5 երեխա ունի: Երբ նա առաջին անգամ էր հղի, անդադար ուտում էր, ծննդաբերության ժամանակ իր սովորական քաշից 3 անգամ ծանր էր: Ծննդաբերությունց հետո նրա քաշը մոտ 100 կգ էր:
Նորթ-Յորքշիրի այս բնակչուհին կարծում է, որ կինն իրավունք չունի վատ տեսք ունենալու նույնիսկ 3 կամ ավելի շատ երեխաներ ունենալու դեպքում: Նա ամեն օր արթնանում է առավոտյան 5-ին, և մինչ իր երեխաները քնած են, մի ամբողջ ժամ հանգիստ զբաղվում է իր մարմնով: Բացի դրանից՝ շաբաթական երկու անգամ սպորտդահլիճում մոտ կես ժամ ծախսում է ուժային ծանրաբեռնվածության վրա: Սոցցանցի իր էջում կինը ցույց է տալիս և պատմում է՝ ինչպես իրեն կարգի բերել ծննդաբերությունից հետո:
Առավոտյան մարզումներից հետո բրիտանուհին շան հետ գնում է զբոսնելու, իսկ ամենօրյա կքանստումների համար որպես քաշ իր երեխաներին է օգտագործում: Սիմոնայի ամուսինը պրոֆեսոր-դիետոլոգ է, ով կնոջն օգնում է հետևել սննդին: Երեխաներն էլ մոր հետ սիրով սպորտով են զբաղվում:
Սիմոնան ցերեկները շատ է քայլում երեխաների հետ՝ նրանց այդպիսով ընտելացնելով ակտիվ կենսակերպի: Նա աշխատում է հնարավորինս շատ ժամանակ անցկացնել երեխաների հետ բաց երկնքի տակ՝ նրա փոխարեն, որ երեխաները նստեն տանը և համակարգչով խաղան:
Սիմոնան նաև աշխատում է առողջ սննդակարգի հետևել: Նախընտրում է միայն թարմ պատրաստված սնունդ, աշխատում է խուսափել ռաֆինացված մթերքներից, որոնցից են՝ մակարոնը, քաղցրավենիքը, թխվածքները:
