Ամենամյա «Բազե» միջոցառումը, որն իր բնույթով երիտասարդական ճամբարային անհոգ հավաք է հիշեցնում, իրականում դարձել է Հայաստանի կուսակցական համակարգի անճարության ախտորոշումը: «Բազեն» ՀՀԿ-ի սերնդափոխության ռեսուրսն է, այն ներուժը, որի վրա իբր ՀՀԿ-ն պատրաստվում է հենվել, փոփոխվել, թարմանալ: Իհարկե, այն հայտարարված չէ որպես կուսակցական միջոցառում, բայց ՀՀԿ երիտասարդական թևի մեծ մասն այս կամ այն կերպ անցել են «Բազեով»: Իսկ այնտեղով անցած անկուսակցականները դարձել են լոյալ: 

Ի վերջո, ինչն է դարձնում «Բազեն» այդքան խոցելի: Խնդիրն այնտեղ հավաքված երիտասարդները չեն, ոչ էլ՝ կազմակերպիչները: Խնդիրը նաև միջոցառման ֆորմատը չէ: Այդպիսի ֆորմատներ արվում են շատ երկրներում: Խնդիրն այն է, որ 1-ին՝ «Բազեն» իրականում որևէ սերնդափոխության հիմք է՛լ չի  հանդիսանում: 2-րդ՝ ծախսվող ահռելի գումարները որևէ պրոդուկտ չեն տալիս, որևէ քաղաքական դրամատուրգիա չունեն և սահմանափակվում են «բարի ու անշառ» միջոցառման սահմաններում:

1-ինի մասով ՝ ՀՀԿ-ի վերարտադրությունը տեղի է ունենում ոչ թե կոնկրետ բազայով, կոնկրետ ինստիտուտով, այլ այն վերարտադրվում է ըստ իրավիճակի՝ ով այդ պահին կարող է շատ ձայն բերել, ով կարող է պահի հարվածն իր վրա վերցնել և այլն: Իսկ «Բազեն» ընդամենը սեփական էլեկտորատ, ապագա ցածր ու միջին չինովնիկական խավ ձևավորելու հարթակ է, որտեղով անցած ու բարձրացած երիտհանրապետականներն աճել են բոլորովին այլ հատկանիշների շնորհիվ:

2-րդ՝ Բազեում չկա որևէ քաղաքական բանավեճ: Ոչ թե բազմակարծություն, այլ՝ բանավեճ: Այսինքն, ենթադրենք այնտեղ հավաքված են իշխանության համակիրները կամ լոյալներ, բայց այնտեղ չկան իշխանության քաղաքական էությունը, հակառակորդների սնանկությունը ցույց տվողները, չկան ներիշխանական քննարկումներ ՀՀԿ-ի ապագայի մասին և այլն:  

Այսինքն՝ ստերիլ և լոյալ հավաք: Այսքան բան: Եվ պատկերացրեք, որ եթե ՀՀԿ-ի վերարտադրության ռեսուրսն է այսպիսին՝ ադմինիստրատիվ դոմինանտության պարագայում ունակ չէ ինքնուրույն որևէ քայլ անել, ապա մյուս կուսակցություններում վիճակն ինչպիսին  կլինի: Կարճ ասած՝  անհուսալի, որը ցավոք կարծես թե դառնում է ախտորոշում բոլոր երիտթևերի համար:
