Ներկայացնում ենք 7 վարժություն հետույքի ցելյուլիտից ազատվելու համար:

1. Իվածքներ

  • Ուղիղ կանգնեք, ձեռքերը՝ ազդրերին, ոտքերը՝ մի քիչ կողքեր:
  • Աջ ոտքն առաջ ձգեք, ամբողջ քաշով իջեք ոտնաթաթի վրա:
  • Ծալեք ձախ ոտքը՝ հատակին հպվելու համար, վերադարձեք ելման դիրք:
  • Կրկնեք 3 անգամ 15 մոտեցումով, հետո մյուս ոտքով:

2. Կիսանստած ցատկեր

  • Մեջքն ուղիղ պահած, ձեռքերը՝ ծոծրակին, կիսանստեք: Ոտքերն անջատեք:
  • Ցատկով վերադարձեք ելման դիրք:
  • Կատարեք առնվազն 3 անգամ 15 մոտեցմամբ:

Վարժության ընթացքում լարեք որովայնի մկանները՝ ցատկի ժամանակ հավասարակշռությունը պահելու և ոտնաթաթերի վրա իջնելու համար:

3. Կքանստում կողք թափահարելով

  • Ուղիղ կանգնեք, ոտքերը՝ քիչ ավելի լայն, քան ուսերի լայնությունն է, ոտնաթաթերը՝ դեպի դուրս:
  • Կքանստեք՝ ձեռքերն ազդրերին դնելով:
  • Կանգնեք՝ մարմնի զանգվածը ձախ ոտքին տեղափոխելով, աջ ոտքը կտրեք հատակից: Աջ ոտքը դեպի կողք թափահարեք, ոտքը պետք է հատակին զուգահեռ լինի:
  • Ոտքը հետ դրեք, վերադարձեք ելման դիրք: Դա մեկ մոտեցում է: 30 վայրկյանում հնարավորնս շատ մոտեցումներ արեք, հետո ևս 30 վայրկյան նույնն արեք ձախ ոտքով:

4. Քաշի բարձրացում

Ծանրաձող օգտագործեք, որը կկարողանաք 10 անգամ բարձրացնել:

5. Լեռնագնաց

  • Կագնեք և առաջ ձգվեք:
  • Ծնկներով հատակին հենվեք, ոտքերը հետ ձգեք:
  • Արագ ծալեք ձախ ոտքի ծունկը՝ աշխատելով հպվել կրծքին, նորից ուղղեք:
  • Նույնը կրկնեք աջ կողմով: Ձախ ծունկը հասցրեք ձախ թևատակին: Վերադարձեք սկզբնական դիրք, շարժումն աջ կողմից կրկնեք:
  • 4 շարժումներն անելուց հետո կանգնեք: Կրկնեք հնարավորինս արագ:

6. Հետույքի մշակում է սպանդերով

  • Ծնկի եկեք և էսպանդերը փաթաթեք աջ ոտնաթաթի շուրջը: Ձեռքերը պետք է ուսերի լայնությամբ լինեն՝ սեղմելով էսպանդերի բռնակները:
  • Աջ ծունկը մի քիչ բարձրացրեք, աջ ոտքը հետ հրեք՝ ոտքը ձգելով էսպանդերի երկայնքով և սեղմելով հետույքի մկանները:
  • Ծունկը դանդաղ նորից ծալեք:
  • Արեք որքան պետք է, հետո մյուս ոտքով:

7. Ձգում քաշով մեկ ոտքով

  • Ոտքերը դրեք ուսերի երկայնքով՝ քաշը ձախ ձեռքով բռնելով, ափերը դեպի մարմինն ուղղեք, հենվեք ազդրերի վրա:
  • Ձախ ոտքը 5 սմ բարձրացրեք: Աջ ոտքը հետ ձգեք՝ առանց ծալելու
  • Դանդաղ վերադարձեք ելման դիրք: 15 մոտեցում արեք:
