Ինչու են մարդիկ հորանջում

Հորանջելը շնչառական գործողություն է, հաճախակի անկառավարելի, որը բաղկացած է խորը ներշնչումից և արագ արտաշնչումից:
Հորանջելը բնորոշ է ոչ միայն մարդուն, այլև կենդանիներին, ասում են` անգամ գորտերն են հորանջում: Հորանջելը բնազդ է և բավականին վարակիչ զբաղմունք. տեսնելով հորանջող մարդու` մարդկանց 42-50 %-ը նույնպես սկում են հորանջել: հատկանշական է, որ ուրիշի հետ հորանջելու սովորություն ունեն նաև շիմպանզեները:
1.Հորանջելու միջոցով օրգանիզմում հաստատվում է թթվածնի և ածխաթթու գազի հավասարակշռություն: Հետևաբար` եթե մարդը երկար ժամանակ փակ տարածությունում է, նա անընդհատ կսկսի հորանջել, քանի որ օրգանիզմում թթվածնի պակաս կզգացվի:
2.Հորանջելը ակտիվացնում է օրգանիզմի գործունեությունը, դա է պատճառը, որ մարդիկ հորանջում են, երբ հոգնածություն են զգում: Ինչից հետո թթվածնի մուտքն օրգանիզմ լավանում է, և մարդն իրեն ավելի առույգ է զգում:
3.Հորանջելը լավացնում է ուղեղի սնուցումը: Ֆիզիկական ակտիվության երկար բացակայության դեպքում արյունատար անոթները լավ չեն սնուցվում թթվածնով, համապատասխանաբար` չի սնուցվում նաև ուղեղը: Հորանջելիս մենք խթանում ենք արյան շրջանառությունը և հագեցնում արյունատար անոթները թթվածնով: Բացի այդ` հորանջելիս լարվում են վզի և դեմքի մկանները, ինչը նույնպես նպաստում է ուղեղի աշխատանքի լավացմանը:
4.Մարդիկ հորանջում են նաև շատ շոգ ժամանակ. բանն այն է, որ հորանջելն օգնում է «սառեցնել» ուղեղը, քանի որ այս գործողության ժամանակ օրգանիզմը սառը օդ է ընդունում:
5.Հորանջելու միջոցով կարգավորվում է ճնշումը միջնականջում, ինչն էլ օգնում է հաղթահարել ականջներում խցանվածության զգացողությունը:
6.Քնելուց առաջ հորանջելն օգնում է օրգանիզմին ձերբազատվել ավելորդ լարվածությունից և հանգիստ քնել:
