այաստանի  տնտեսության հիմնասյուներից մեկը տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտն է, որը, ըստ Կորեայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Հրանտ Պողոսյանի, Կորեայի հետ համագործակցության ընդլայնման  համատեքստում մեծ ներուժ ունի: The Korea post-ին տված հարցազրույցում դեսպանն անդրադարձել է հայաստանյան ՏՏ ոլորտի ներկայիս վիճակին եւ  զարգացման հեռանկարներին:

«Նույնիսկ խորհրդային տարիներին Հայաստանը հայտնի էր որպես «ԽՍՀՄ սիլիկոնյան հովիտ» եւ 1991 թվականի անկախությունից հետո արդյունաբերությունը  թեքվեց դեպի  համակարգչային ծրագրերի ապահովման, ՏՏ  ծառայությունների ոլորտները:  Սա Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենաարագ զարգացող ճյուղերից է, որը տարեկան ընդլայնվում է 20 տոկոսով:   Ըստ ՀՀ տնտեսական զարգացման եւ ներդրումների նախարարի՝ շուրջ 15000 մարդ ներկայումս աշխատում է ավելի քան 400 ՏՏ ընկերություններում: Համաշխարհային առաջատար այնպիսի  ընկերություններ, ինչպիսիք են Intel-ը, Oracle-ը եւ D-Link-ն արդեն իսկ ունեն իրենց գրասենյակները Երեւանում:  PicsArt-ը,  որը  մեկնարկեց աշխատանքները 2015 թվականից, արդեն իսկ բջջային  ֆոտոխմբագրման համաշխարհային  առաջատար հավելվածներից է: Այն ամսական ունի 90 մլն օգտատեր: Հաշվի առնելով այն, որ Կորեան եւս մեծ փորձ ունի ՏՏ ոլորտում՝ ենթադրում եմ, որ  այս ոլորտը կարող է լինել Հայաստանի հետ տնտեսական համագործակցության ընդլայնման հիմնաքարը »,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասել է նա:

Հրանտ Պողոսյանը, բացի  ՏՏ ոլորտից  համագործակցության համար առանձնացրել է նաեւ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտը, որը նրա խոսքով՝ նպատակահարմար է առեւտրային կապերի ձեւավորման եւ ներդրումների ներգրավման  համար:

«Հատկանշական է, որ գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտում կորեական որոշ զարգացման ծրագրեր արդեն իսկ իրականացվում են Հայաստանի մի շարք մարզերում»,-ընդգծել է դեսպանը:    

Անդրադառնալով Հայաստանի եւ Կորեայի միջեւ առեւտրաշրջանառության ծավալին՝ Հրանտ Պողոսյանը նշել է, որ թեպետ այն բավականին համեստ է, սակայն մեծ է նաեւ այն ընդլայնելու ներուժը:

« Վերջին մի քանի տարիների մեր առեւտրաշրջանառությունը  եղել է տարեկան 50-100 մլն դոլարի սահմաններում, որն  իսկապես չի արտացոլում  մեր երկրների միջեւ առկա ներուժը:  Չնայած հայկական շուկան փոքր է, սակայն մենք անդամակցում ենք ԵԱՏՄ-ին, որը բավականին մեծ շուկա է 180 մլն բնակչությամբ:  Մենք շուտով Իրանի հետ կունենանք ազատ առեւտրի գոտի, որը նույնպես մեծ շուկա է 80 մլն բնակչությամբ: Ինչ վերաբերում է ներդրումներին, ապա  կոնկրետ  կորեացի ընկերություններին հետաքրքրում են հիմնականում  ՏՏ,  հանքարդյունաբերության,  ճանապարհաշինության, զբոսաշրջության, կրթության եւ եւս մի քանի ոլորտներ»,-նշել է Հրանտ Պողոսյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանն իր տնտեսությամբ դեռեւս բավարար ճանաչված չէ Կորեայում, սակայն այդ հարցի կարգավորման ուղղությամբ աշխատանքներ իրականացվում են:
