Երբեմն մենք պարզապես չենք հասկանում, թե որքան շատ բան են անում մեզ համար ուրիշները, քանի դեռ նրանք չեն դադարում դա անել։ Նրանց մի դրդեք դրան։ Շնորհակալ եղեք այն ամենի համար, ինչ ունեք, շնորհակալ եղեք նրանց, որոնք ձեզ սիրում են եւ հոգ են տանում ձեր մասին։ Հակառակ պարագայում դուք կհասկանաք, թե այդ մարդիկ որքան մեծ նշանակություն ունեն ձեզ համար, երբ նրանք այլեւս ձեր կողքին չեն լինի։ Գնահատեք նրանց, որոնք ձեզ լավ են վերաբերում, եւ մարդիկ կձգտեն դեպի ձեզ։ Գնահատեք կյանքը եւ շուտով կհասկանաք, որ իսկապես ապրում եք։ 

2. Անտեսեք մյուսների բացասական էներգիան

Եթե թույլ տաք այդ մարդկանց ձեզանից ավելին վերցնել՝ տալու փոխարեն, ձեր կենսական հավասարակշռությունը ավել արագ բացասական երանգ ձեռք կբերի, քան դուք դա կհասկանաք։ Հիշեք, միայն ինքներդ կարող եք դատել ձեզ։ Այո, մյուսներըը կարող են իմանալ, թե ինչ է ձեզ հետ կատարվում, սակայն նրանց հայտնի չէ, թե ինչ եք զգում։ Դուք չեք կարող վերահսկել այն ամենը ինչ նրանք ասում են, սակայն կարող եք ընտրել՝ լսե՞լ նրանց, թե՞ ոչ։ Միայն դուք կարող եք ձեր խելքին ու մտքին զերծ պահել թունավոր բառերից։

3. Ներեք նրանց, ովքեր ձեզ ցավ են պատճառել

Եթե դուք ներում եք մարդկանց, չի նշանակում, որ վստահում եք։ Պարզապես մտածեք՝ ինչու՞ ժամանակ ծախսել այդ մարդկանց ատելու վրա, եթե կարող եք ավելի օգտակար ծախսել ժամանակը՝ օրինակ սիրելու վրա նրանց, ովքեր ձեզ սիրում են։ Նա, ով առաջինն է ներողություն խնդրում ե՛ւ ավելի քաջ է, ե՛ւ ուժեղ, ե՛ւ երջանիկ։ Ուրեմն քաջ եւ ուժեղ եղեք։ Երջանիկ եղեք։ Ազատ եղեք։

4. Եղեք այնպիսին, ինչպիսին կաք

Եթե ձեր բախտն այնքան է բերել, որ ինչ-որ բանով տարբերվում եք մյուսներից, մի փոխվեք։ Յուրօրինակությունն անգին է։ Այս խելահեղ աշխարհում մնալու համար, այնպիսին ինչպիսին կաս, մեծ քաջութուն է պետք, բայց արժե այդպես վարվել։ Եվ երբ ծիծաղեն ձեզ վրա այն պատճառով, որ դուք մյուսներին նման չեք, ծիծաղեք այն բանի վրա, որ նրանք  բոլորը «միանման» են։ Այո, հեշտ չէ դիմակայել շրջապատող աշխարհին, բայց արժե։ Եղեք այնպիսին, ինչպիսին կաք։

5. Լսեք ձեր ներքին ձայնին

Կյանքը կարող է հետաքրքրաշարժ դեգերումների ուղի լինել կամ պարզապես ձանձրալի ժամանակ անցկացնլեու միջոց։ Մենք չեն կարող դառնալ նա, ով ցանկանում ենք՝ շարունակելով անել այն, ինչ անում ենք։ Լսեք ձեր ներքին ձայնին, այլ ոչ թե ուրիներին, որոնք ձեզ կողքից են նայում։  Արեք այնպես, ինչպես հուշում է ձեր սիրտը, քանի որ այն ավելի լավ գիտի՝ ինչ է ձեզ անհրաժեշտ։ Ձեր կյանքի ուղին միմիայն ձերն է։ Ուրիշները կարող են այդ ճանապարհն անցնել ձեր կողքին, սակայն նրանք չեն կարող այն անցնել ձեր փոխարեն։ Ուստի, աշխատեք գնահատել ձեր կյանքի յուրաքանչյուր օրը։ Լավ օրերը ձեզ երջանկություն են պարգեւում, վատերը՝ նոր փորձ, իսկ ամենավատ օրը լավագույն դասերն են։
