ՀՀԿ-ն պատրաստ է հանրաքվեի ընթացքում համագործակցել այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ

Հայաստանի Հանրապետական կուսակցությունը սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների հանրաքվեի շտաբը կձևավորի առաջիկա օրերի ընթացքում և կսկսի ակտիվ քարոզարշավը:

Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին «Արմենպրես» լրատվական գործակալության մամուլի սրահում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Գագիկ Մելիքյանը: «Դուք արդեն տեղյակ եք, որ կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի նիստի ընթացքում հանրապետության ղեկավարը վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանին առաջարկել է ձևավորել հանրաքվեի շտաբը և ղեկավարել այն: Առաջիկայում դուք ականատես կլինեք ձևավորված շտաբների ծրագրերի ներկայացմանը, քարոզչության գործընթացի մասնակցության նրանց ակտիվությանը: Մենք ակտիվ քարոզարշավ ենք իրականացնելու և հա նրությանն իրազեկելու ենք ոչ միայն լրատվամիջոցներով, այլ նաև տեղերում քաղաքացիների հետ հանդիպումների ձևաչափով»,- ընդգծեց պատգամավորը:

Գագիկ Մելիքյանը նշեց նաև, որ «Հանրաքվեի մասին» օրենքը թույլ է տալիս, որպեսզի վարչապետը գործադիրի ղեկավարի պարտականությունների հետ միաժամանակ ղեկավարի նաև հանրաքվեի շտաբը՝ շեշտելով, որ որևէ հակաօրինական քայլ այս առումով չի կատարվում: «Օրենքն ամբողջովին ուսումնասիրված է, և ամեն ինչ կատարվում է օրենքի տառին համապատասխան: Հակաօրինական որևէ քայլ, կարծում եմ, առաջիկա քարոզարշավի ընթացքում որևէ կուսակցության կողմից չի կատարվի»,- ասաց ՀՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղարը:

Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը հասցնելու համատեղել հանրաքվեի շտաբի ղեկավարումը և գործադիրի ղեկավարի իր պարտականությունները, Գագիկ Մելիքյանը պատասխանեց. «Հովիկ Աբրահամյանը նախընտրական շտաբներ ղեկավարելու մեծ փորձ ունի, և կարծում եմ, որ աշխատանքային ժամերից դուրս նույնպես կարելի է ղեկավարել քարոզչության շտաբը, որը չի խանգարի նրա հիմնական գործունեությանը: Մենք այստեղ որևէ խոչընդոտ չենք տեսնում, իսկ հակառակ պարագայում՝ նման որոշում չէր կայացվի»,- հավելեց նա:

Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ ՀՀԿ-ն քարոզչությունն իրականացնելու է ինչպես առանձին, այնպես էլ «այո»-ի կողմնակից քաղաքական ուժերի հետ համատեղ: «Նման համագործակցությանը մենք միշտ կողմնակից ենք եղել և ասել ենք, որ միշտ բաց ենք համագործակցության համար և պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել բոլոր քաղաքական ուժերի հետ, որոնք նման ցանկություն կհայտնեն»,- ընդգծեց Մելիքյանը;

Նա նաև հավելեց, որ այլ քաղաքական ուժերի հետ միասնական շտաբ ձևավորլու հարց դեռ չի քննարկվել: Պատգամավորն ընդգծեց, որ նման հարց կքննարկվի, եթե լինի առաջարկ: «Մենք պայքարում ենք մեկ գաղափարի շուրջ, պայքարում ենք միասին և համատեղ, սակայն յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքական ուժ իր քարոզչությունն իրականացնում է իր ձևով: Եթե անհրաժեշտություն գտնենք, տեսնենք նման առաջարկ, կարծում եմ, որ դա քննարկման հարց կդառնա: Ես կարծում եմ, որ նման հարց առաջիկայում կառաջանա, և կլինեն քննարկումներ»,- մանրամասնեց պատգամավորը:

ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավարը նաև ընդգծեց, որ ՀՀ նախագահը քարոզարշավի ընթացքում իր լիազորությունների շրջանակում իրականացնելու է իր գործունեությունը:
