ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի նիստում քննարկվել են զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային խնդիրները

ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում հուլիսի 28-ին տեղի է ունեցել պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի հերթական նիստը, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել են 2017 թվականի ուսումնական տարվա ձմեռային փուլում ՀՀ Զինված ուժերի մարտական պատրաստականության, զորքերի ղեկավարման, համալրման, կադրային քաղաքականության, զինվորական կարգապահության վիճակի ու դրա բարելավման ուղիներին վերաբերող հարցեր:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ՊՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, ամփոփելով նիստի արդյունքները` Վիգեն Սարգսյանը մանրամասն անդրադարձել է պաշտպանության բնագավառում իրականացված ու ընթացիկ բարեփոխումներին, զորակոչի շրջանակներում կատարված աշխատանքներին և զորակոչի ընթացքին, ներդրվող ծրագրերին, ռազմաուսումնական հաստատությունների դիմորդների ու շրջանավարտների վիճակագրությանը, զորամասերում նորակոչիկների ընդունման և ուսուցման կազմակերպման գործընթացին:

Անդրադառնալով զինծառայողների սոցիալ-կենցաղային պայմանների բարելավման ուղղությամբ կատարվող աշխատանքներին, նախարար Սարգսյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ բնակավորման խնդրի լուծումները գտնվում են ակտիվ փուլում, իսկ հաշմանդամ զինծառայողների  համար սեպտեմբերին կբացվի միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխան սարքավորումներով և անհրաժեշտ մասնագետներով համալրված վերականգնողական կենտրոն:

Ավարտվել է նաև ՊՆ Մոնթե Մելքոնյանի անվան ռազմամարզական վարժարան դիմումների ընդունումը և հաստատության սան դարձած պատանիները սեպտեմբերին կհաճախեն Դիլիջանում գտնվող ու բարձրակարգ պայմաններով ապահովված վարժարան: Վիգեն Սարգսյանի համոզմամբ այդ հաստատությունը լինելու է Հայաստանի լավագույն ավագ դպրոցը:

Պաշտպանության նախարարը ներկայացրել է նաև «Ես եմ», «Պատիվ ունեմ» և «Դիտակետ» ծրագրերի հանրային քննարկումների արդյունքները, նշելով, որ այս նախաձեռնությունների վերաբերյալ հասարակության ամենատարբեր շերտերի արձագանքն ու գնահատականը եղել է առավել քան դրական:

Ելույթի ավարտին դիմելով հրամանատարական կազմին` պաշտպանության նախարարը նշել է, որ Հայկական բանակի սպայի հեղինակությունը հասարակության շրջանում առավել բարձրացնելու նպատակով կարևոր է յուրաքանչյուր սպայի անձնական օրինակը:
