Ինչպե՞ս հարդարել սեղանը

Գոյություն ունեն սեղանը հարդարելու բազմաթիվ եղանակներ: Այն, ինչ դուք կարող եք ձեզ թույլ տալ, մեծամասամբ կախված է պլանավորված մենյուից, ուտեստների քանակից, ճենապակու քանակությունից, սեղանի սպասքից ու բաժակներից, հյուրերի թվից ու սեղանի չափից:

Յուրաքանչյուր մարդու առաջ դրվում է մեծ՝ 27 սմ շառավղով ափսե: Դրանց վրա դրվում է հերթական ափսեն: Յուղի ափսեն դրվում է ձախ կողմից, երբեմն այն կարող է օգտագործվել պանիրների համար: Այդ ափսեի վրա դրվում է միջին մեծության ափսե՝ աղցանի համար:
 
Ինչպե՞ս զանազանել

Ամենահեշտը հիմնական ուտեստի համար նախատեսված սպասքը տարբերելն է: Դրանք ամենամեծն են ու ամենից հաճախ մոտ են դրված ափսեին: Ապուրի գդալն ավելի մեծ է, քան սառը նախուտեստներինը:

Ձկան համար նախատեսված պատառաքաղը ունի ընդամենը 3 ատամիկ, իսկ դանակը սուր՝ մի քանի կտրվածք ունեցող գլխիկ:

Աղանդերի համար սպասքը փոքր է ու գտնվում են ափսեի տակ: Սովորաբար, դա երեք ատամիկով պատառաքաղ է ու գդալիկ, որն ունի այնպիսի տեսք, ինչպիսին լատտեի ու պաղպաղակի համար նախատեսվածն է կամ հատուկ գդալ՝ սորբետտոյի համար:

Սպասքը դասավորելու եղանակը

Դանակ-պատառաքաղը հարկավոր է դնել հիմնական ափսեի շուրջ՝ հերթականության համաձայն՝ սկսած արտաքին կողմից դեպի ափսե տանող ուղղությամբ: 
Աջ կողմը նախատեսված է գդալի ու դանակի համար: Ընդ որում՝ դանակի սուր մասը պետք է ուղղված լինի ափսեի կողմը:
 
 
Ձախ կողմում դրվում է պատառաքաղը: 
Աղանդերի համար նախատեսված փոքր գդալն ու պատառաքաղը դրվում են ափսեի տակ:
