Մասնագետը Հայաստանում խոհանոցային զբոսաշրջության զարգացման մեծ ներուժ է տեսնում

Խոհանոցի զարգացման տեմպերով Հայաստանը տարածաշրջանում առաջատար է: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց «Հայ խոհարարական ավանդույթների զարգացման և պահպանման» ՀԿ նախագահ Սեդրակ Մամուլյանը: Նա նշեց, որ այս առնչությամբ երկու ուղղությում են ընտրել՝ վերականգնել հնագույնը եւ գտնել դա նորովի մատուցելու ուղիներ:
«Վերականգնման առումով կարող եմ հպարտորեն խոսել Անիի խոհանոցի մասին. այն յուրահատուկ մի երեւույթ է, որն արդեն ներկայացրել ենք Ավստրալիայում, Ռուսաստանում եւ Արգենտինայում: Այժմ ընթացքի մեջ ենք Կիլիկյան խոհանոցը վերականգնելու առումով: Այս ամենից ելնելով՝ կարող եմ ասել, որ խոհանոցային տուրիզմը մեծ հեռանկարներ ունի Հայաստանում»,-ասաց նա:
Հայաստանի զբոսաշրջության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Մեխակ Ապրեսյանը շեշտեց, որ հայկական զբոսաշրջային արդյունքի դիվերսիֆիկացումը, զբոսաշրջության համար մեծ ներուժ ունեցող ուղղությունների զարգացումը պետական քաղաքականության հիմնական խնդիրներից են, եւ այստեղ մեծ նշանակություն ունի հենց խոհանոցային զբոսաշրջությունը, որի զարգացման համար Հայաստանը մեծ ռեսուրսներ ունի:
«Գիտենք, որ հայկական խոհանոցը բազմազան է, այստեղ ունենք անելիքներ դա ավելի արդյունավետ ներկայացնելու համաշխարհային շուկայում, մեր չօգտագործող կերակրատեսակները վերականգնելու, զարգացնելու որպես արդյունք: Այս առումով շատ են կարեւորվում կազմակերպվող փառատոնները: Բայց ոչ միայն խոհանոցն է կարեւոր, այլ նաեւ մարդկային ռեսուրսները ճիշտ ներկայացնելը, օրինակ՝ հենց մատուցողներին, ովքեր պարզապես ճաշատեսակները բերող չեն, այլ խոհանոցում յուրատեսակ զբոսավար են: Նրանք պետք է կարողանան ճիշտ ներկայացնել մեր խոհանոցը, զբոսաշրջիկը պետք է հասկանա՝ ինչ արժեք է վայելում»,-եզրափակեց նա:
