Դեպրեսիայի անդառնալի հետևանքը

Past.am-ը ձեր ուշադրությանն է ներկայացնում գիտնականների՝ վերջին շրջանում անցկացրած հետազոտությունները, որոնք պարզել են, որ դեպրեսիվ մտքերը և հոգեկան ճնշված վիճակը բացասական են ազդում մարդու աշխատանքային հիշողության վրա։ Դեպրեսիվ տրամադրությամբ տառապելու դեպքում տեղեկությունը հիշելու ունակությունը 30% -ով կրճատվում է:
Գիտնականների կողմից կատարված հետազոտութանը մասնակցել են 75 ուսանողներ: Փորձի առարկա է դարձել մշտապես ուսուցման գործընթացում գտնվող երիտասարդների հիշելու ունակությունը։
Կամավորները բաժանվել են երկու խմբի․ նրանք ովքեր դեպրեսիայի հակում ունեն և նրանք, ովքեր դեպրեսիայի մեջ չեն։ Փորձի միջոցով ստուգվում է մասնակիցների հիշողությունը։
Ուսանողներին ցուցադրել են որոշակի թվային հաջորդականություն, որից հետո նրանց բացասական բնույթի տեղեկություն են հաղորդել։ Այնուհետև փորձի մասնակիցները պետք է վերարտադրեին ավելի վաղ ցուցադրված թվերը։
Պարզվել է, որ այն մասնակիցները, որոնց դեպրեսիվ մտքեր էին պարտադրել 31% - ով ավելի վատ են կարողացել կրկնել թվերի հաջորդականությունը, քան նրանք, ովքեր վատ տրամադրություն չեն ունեցել։
