Հայաստանում այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում գրանցվել է 6 հազար 69 արտակարգ դեպք, որից զոհվել է 149, տուժել 4 866 մարդ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի ասուլիսի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի պետ Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը, նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ արտակարգ դեպքերի թիվն աճել է 867-ով կամ 16,7 տոկոսով,  ընդ որում՝ 10-ով աճել է զոհերի և 747-ով տուժածների թիվը: Հաջողվել է փրկել 131 մարդու, որը 28-ով ավելի է նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում գրանցված ցուցանիշից:  

«Դեպքերից 3 հազար 534-ը եղել է տեխնածին բնույթի, որից զոհվել է 110 մարդ, տուժել՝ 2 հազար 261-ը: 2 հազար 357-ը եղել է սոցիալ-կենսաբանական բնույթի, ինչից  37 մարդ զոհվել է, տուժել` 2 հազար 601-ը: Հարկ է նշել, որ դեպքերի մեծամասնությունը բաժին է ընկել ՃՏՊ-ներին, հրդեհներին և թունավորումներին: Զոհերի և տուժածների մեծ մասը նույնպես բաժին է ընկել այս խմբին: Մասնավորապես, հրդեհի 1887 դեպքից զոհվել է 2, տուժել 26 մարդ,  1499 ՃՏՊ-ից զոհվել է 101, տուժել՝  2 հազար 216 մարդ, և 2 հազար 181 թունավորումից զոհվել է 30,  տուժել՝ 2598 մարդ»,-ասաց Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը:

Նա տեղեկացրեց, որ 109- ով աճել է ՃՏՊ-ների թիվը, թեև զոհերի թիվը 6-ով նվազել է: Լրագրողների այն դիտարկմանը, թե տարօրինակ չէ, որ ճանապարհներին տեղադրվում են արագաչափ, տեսանկարահանող սարքեր, սակայն վթարների թիվն ավելանում է, Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը նշեց, թե հարցն ավելի շատ ոստիկանությանն է վերաբերում:

«Ամեն դեպքում կարող եմ ասել, որ այդ սարքերը խախտումն արձանագրող միջոցներ են: Սարքերի վերահսկողության տակ գտնվող տարածքներում, այո, վարորդներն արագությունը նվազեցնում են, բայց հետո կրկին արագությունն ավելացնում են»,-ասաց նա:

Ինչ վերաբերում է հրդեհների պատճառներին, ապա Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը նշեց, որ դրանք հիմնականում կապված են կրակի հետ անզգույշ վարվելու, սարքավորումներով շահագործման կանոնների խախտման, երեխաների անզգույշ խաղի, այսինքն՝ մարկային գործոններով է պայմանավորված:

Անդրադառնալով ինքնասպանությունների դեպքերին` Հովհաննես Խանգելդյանը նշեց, որ գրանցվել է 89 ինքնասպանության դեպք, որը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել է 5-ով: Ինքնասպանության դեպքերի գերակշիռ մեծամասնությունն արձանագրվել է բնակարաններում և առանձնատներում: Հիմնականում արական սեռի ներկայացուցիչներն են դիմում նման քայլի:
