Դդմաշենում 22 տարվա ընդհատումից հետո վերաբացվեց հիմնանորոգված մանկապարտեզը

Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Դդմաշեն գյուղում 22 տարվա ընդհատումից հետո վերաբացվեց հիմնանորոգված մանկապարտեզը: Բացման արարողությանը մասնակցեցին Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը, Դդմաշենի գյուղապետ Ավետիս Ավետիսյանը, Սեւանի տարածաշրջանի համայնքների ղեկավարներ, դդմաշենցի ծնողներ, հյուրեր: Ըստ համայնքի ղեկավար Ավետիս Ավետիսյանի՝ 22 տարվա դադարից հետո 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 21-ից, մանկապարտեզը կգործի լիարժեք եւ եվրոպական չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան պայմաններով: «Հիմնանորոգման աշխատանքները մեկնարկել էին 2011թվականից: Դրանք իրականացվել են ՀՀ պետական բյուջեի եւ Հայաստանի տարածքային զարգացման հիմնադրամի կողմից կատարված ներդրումների շրջանակներում՝ համայնքի 7 տոկոս համաֆինանսավորմամբ: Ծրագրի ընդհանուր արժեքը կազմել է 120 մլն դրամ:
Մանկապարտեզը երկհարկանի է, երկու մասնաշենքով՝ կառուցված 100 սանի համար: Առայժմ մանկապարտեզ կհաճախեն նախադպրոցական տարիքի 54 սաներ՝ երկու խմբով: Երրորդ խումբը կձեւավորվի մինչեւ տարեվերջ, իսկ եթե հարեւան համայնքներից ցանկություն հայտնողների թիվը մեծ լինի, կբացվի նաեւ չորրորդ խումբը: Նորաբաց մանկապարտեզը համայնքի համար ապահովում է 14 հիմնական աշխատատեղ: Այն կգործի անվճար հիմունքներով: Տնտեսական բոլոր տեսակի ծախսերը կկատարվի համայնքի բյուջեի հաշվին»,-հավաստիացրեց համայնքի ղեկավարը:
Ողջունելով ու շնորհավորելով մանկապարտեզի բացման հանդիսավոր մասնակիցներին եւ դդմաշենցի ծնողներին ու երեխաներին՝ Գեղարքունիքի մարզպետ Կարեն Բոթոյանը նշեց, որ հայրենի կառավարությունը հատուկ ուշադրություն է սեւեռում կրթության զարգացմանը, գտնելով, որ համայնքների զարգացումը պետք է սկսել հենց նախակրթարաններից:
«Մանկապարտեզը չափազանց անհրաժեշտ էր մեր համայնքի համար: Այսուհետ մեր փոքրիկները տանը չեն ձանձրանա, փողոցում ժամանց անցկացնելու փոխարեն կհաճախեն մանկապարտեզ, կշփվեն իրար հետ, կկրթվեն ու կդաստիարակվեն հավուր պատշաճի: Ես երկու երեխա ունեմ, որոնք արդեն ընդգրկվել են մանկապարտեզի խմբերում: Շատ գոհ ու շնորհակալ եմ»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց ծնող Մանուշ Բարսեղյանը:
