Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարանում շարունակվում է ՊՊԾ գունդը զավթելու մեջ մեղադրվողներից 18-ի՝ Արամ Մանուկյանի, Հովհաննես Հարությունյանի, Թաթուլ Թամրազյանի, Արամ Հակոբյանի, Արթուր Մելքոնյանի, Տիգրան Սարգսյանի, Տիգրան Մանուկյանի, Արայիկ Հակոբյանի, Արթուր Սողոմոնյանի, Գառնիկ Հովակիմյանի, Հովհաննես Վարդանյանի, Վարդան Գերավետյանի, Մարտիրոս Հակոբյանի,  Սերգեյ Կյուրեղյանի, Գևորկ Իրիցյանի, Թորոս Թորոսյանի,  Մանվել Աթոյանի, Վարդգես Գևորգյանի քրեական գործի քննությունը՝ նախագահող դատավոր Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի նախագահությամբ։

Դատավորը հեռացել էր խորհրդակցական սենյակ Գևորգ Իրիցյանի պաշտպաններ Նինա Կարապետյանցի և Արայիկ Պապիկյանի. Արթուր Մելքոնյանի և Սերգեյ Կյուրեղյանի պաշտպան Մուշեղ Շուշանյանի դատական սանկցիա կիրառելու հարցը: Դատարանը խորհրդակցական սենյակում որոշում էր կայացնելու նաև դատական նիստերի դահլիճում գտնվող երեք քաղաքացիների վերաբերյալ:

Խորհրդակցական սենյակից վերադառնալուց հետո դատարանը դատական սանկցիա կիրառեց երեք պաշտպանների նկատմամբ՝ պատասխանատվության ենթարկելու դիմումով դիմելով Փաստաբանների պալատ:

Դատարանը սանկցիա կիրառեց նաև քաղաքացիներ Մերի Պետրոսյանի, Արմենուհի Մելքոնյանի և Մարտին Վարդանյանի վերաբերյալ.«Նշված քաղաքացիների նկատմամբ կիրառել դատական սանկցիա դահլիճից հեռացնելը մինչև սույն գործով դատաքննության ավարտը»,- ասաց դատավորը:

Դատավորն ասաց, թե քանի որ ամբաստանյալ Թորոս Թորոսյանի պաշտպան Լիպարիտ Սիմոնյանը երեք և ավելի նիստ բացակայել է, այդ մասին տեղեկացրել է, պաշտպանյալն էլ հրաժարվում է այլ պաշտպանից, և նրա նկատմամբ կիրառվել է դատական սանկցիա, պաշտպանի ներկայությունը պարտադիր է:

«Սանկցիայի ենթարկված անձի նկատմամբ պաշտպանի ներկայությունը պարտադիր է  և դատարանը որոշում կայացրեց դիմել Հանրային պաշտպանի գրասենյակ՝ հաջորդ դատական նիստին Թորոս Թորոսյանին տրամադրել հանրային պաշտպան»,-ասաց Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանը:

Պաշտպան Գրիշա Բալասանյանն անդրադարձավ սանկցիաներին և դատարանից պահանջեց փոխադարձ հարգանք.«Հարգանք եմ պահանջում: Որ դուք գնում եք խորհրդակցական սենյակ, հայտնեք, թե որքան ժամանակով եք գնում: Մենք Արտուշ Գաբրիելյանի գերիները չենք, ժամ ասեք, որ մենք մեր ընդմիջումն ու հանգիստը կազմակերպելն է: Սա իմ աշխատավայրն է, մեզ չեն թողնում ջուր բերենք, այստեղ պաշտպաններ կան, որ ջրի կարիք ունեք, ասում են՝ մենք ձեզ բաժակով ջուր կբերենք: Հարգելի դատարան, որ դուք ուզում եք ջուր խմել, հարցնո՞ւմ եք, դուք որևէ առավելություն չպետք է ունենաք իմ ու իմ գործընկերներից»: 

Դատավորը պատասխանեց, որ նախապես ժամ չի կարող ասել, որովհետև որոշում է կայացվում. «Բայց հաջորդ նիստին ես ձեզ մոտավոր ժամանակ կասեմ, որ այդ ժամանակահատվածը պլանավորեք»:

Դատական նիստը հետաձգվեց և հաջորդ նիստը նշանակվեց հուլիսի 27-ին:
