Գնահատման գործակալությունները խուսափում են Ֆիրդուսի թաղամասում գնահատումներ կատարել

Գնահատման գործակալությունները Երևանի 33-րդ թաղամասում (Ֆիրդուս) գնահատումներ չեն կատարում՝ տարբեր պատճառաբանություններ բերելով:
Tert.am-ը գործակալությունների հետ զրույցում ներկայացավ որպես թաղամասի բնակիչ, ով ցանկանում է լրացուցիչ գնահատում կատարել՝ տարածքի շուկայական իրական գինն իմանալու համար:
Նշենք, որ ֆիրդուսի բնակիչները Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էին, որ բնակելի տարածքի մեկ քմ-ի համար իրենց առաջարկում են 625 դոլար, իսկ հողատարածքի համար այդ գումարի 1/3-ը:
«Նոր տուն ռիելթի» անշարժ գույքի և գնահատման գործակալության տնօրեն Վլադիմիր Հարությունյանը նշեց, որ իրենք «Ֆիրդուսի գնահատումներ չեն անում»:
«Եթե ինչ-որ խնդիր կա, վիճելի հարց կա, որը վաղը մյուս օրը դատարան է գնալու, գնահատողներն աշխատում են զերծ մնալ այդպիսի բաներից»,- ասաց նա:
Հարությունյանը, բացի այդ, պատճառաբանեց, որ տարածքն արդեն գնահատված է և գնահատողների միջև համերաշխությունը պահելու համար իրենք չեն միջամտում:
«Արաքս» անշարժ գույքի գնահատման և չափագրման գործակալության տնօրեն Լև Հարությունյանն էլ հայտնեց, որ եթե արդեն գնահատված է և տարածքն իրացման տակ է, ապա լրացուցիչ գնահատումը ոչինչ չի տալու:
«Եթե իրացման տակ է, դու այլևս չես կարող վաճառել: Հիմա եթե գնաս կադաստր, ուզենաս վաճառել, չես կարող, որովհետև տունը իրացման գոտում է գտնվում և ենթակա է քանդման: Ենթադրենք գնահատեցինք 750 դոլար, միևնույն է դա չեք ստանալու»,- ասաց գործակալության տնօրենը:
«Ալտա վիպ» գնահատման գործակալության գործադիր տնօրեն Տիգրան Գրիգորյանի կարծիքով՝ տարածքում մեկ քմ-ի համար շատ ավելի քիչ գումար են վճարում. «Այդ տարածքում 400-450 դոլարի վաճառքներ եմ տեսել: Ես որպես մասնագետ կարող եմ ասել, որ գնահատած 600 դոլարը հոյակապ թիվ է»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Քաղաքաշինական պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանը ավելի վաղ հայտարարել էր, որ 33-րդ թաղամասում (Ֆիրդուսում) իրականցվելու է լայնածավալ շինարարություն: Տարածքում նախատեսվում է կառուցել 85 մ տրամագծով կլոր հրապարակ, մի շարք նոր փողոցներ, հասարակական և սպասարկման օբյեկտներ, բիզնես կենտրոններ և հյուրանոցներ:
Երևանի 33-րդ թաղամասի բնակիչները Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասել էին, որ իրենք պահանջում են համարժեք գումար տալ իրենց բնակարանների համար։ «Ես ուզում եմ այստեղից դուրս գալ, բայց եթե պայմանները լավ լինեն: Բացի այդ՝ խաբում են, մեր հարևաններին տարիներով փողերը չէին տալիս, տարիներով վարձով էին ապրում»,- նշել էր բնակիչներից մեկը։
