Նույնիսկ եղած խնդիրներով հանդերձ՝ ԵԱՏՄ-ն այսօր այլընտրանք չունի. Էդուարդ Շարմազանով

ՀՀ-ի անդամակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ին դա լոկ քաղաքական որոշում չէ, դա քաղաքական որոշում է՝ ամրագրված հստակ տնտեսական հաշվարկներով. ՀՀԿ ԳՄ նիստից հետո լրագրողների հետ զրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ խոսնակ, ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը՝ անդրադառնալով «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանի այն հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանը պետք է ԵԱՏՄ-ից դուրս գալու գործընթաց սկսի:
Շարմազանովը նշեց, որ քաղաքական ուժը ոչ թե պետք է զգացմունքային հայտարարությամբ հանդես գա, այլ հստակ տնտեսական հաշվարկներով հիմնավորի՝ հիշեցնելով, թե նորություն չէ, որ տվյալ ուժը չի ողջունում ՀՀ-ի անդամակցությունը ԵԱՏՄ-ին:
«Երբ մենք որոշում էինք կայացրել՝ հստակ հաշվարկներ ենք արել և դրանք եղել են ի օգուտ Հայաստանի, թե ի՞նչ կշահի գյուղացին, ի՞նչ է շահում դրանից տուրիզմը: Մենք միացել ենք 170 միլիոնանոց շուկային»,-նշեց Շարմազանովը և հավելեց, թե անդամակցությունից ՀՀ-ի պատրաստի արտադրանքի ծավալների աճ է ապահովվել, զբոսաշրջիկների թիվն է ավելացել ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների շնորհիվ, այդ թվում՝ նաև դեպի Արցախի հանրապետություն:
«Սա նոր ներդրողներ ներգրավելու շատ լավ ակումբ է, որովհետև մեկ այլ բան է, որ ներդրողը 3 միլիոնանոց շուկայում է, լրիվ այլ բան է, որ ներդրողը 170 մլն շուկայում: Իհարկե, կան խնդիրներ, իսկ որ միություն չկան խնդիրներ՝ ԵՄ-ում չկա՞ն, ՆԱՏO-ում չկան»,-հարցրեց նա:
Էդուարդ Շարմազանովը նշեց, թե ԵԱՏՄ-ին անդամակցությունը միայն ՀՀԿ-ն չէ քվեարկել: «Սա եզակի հարցերից է, որ խորհրդարանական մեծամասնություն է կողմ քվեարկել, ընդ որում՝ նաև ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորներից և դուրս գալու կոչեր անողները գյուղացիներին հարցրե՞լ են, քաղաքացիներին հարցրել են, թե ինչքան վնասներ են կրելու: Գազը գինը մի քանի անգամ նվազել է»,-ասաց նա:
Ինչ վերաբերում է վարորդական իրավունքներին, ապա նա նշեց, թե Կառավարութան և խորհրդարանական մակարդակում հարցը քննարկվել է: «Ասեմ որ ԵԱՏՄ-ն որպես միություն դիմել է ռուսական կողմին, որպեսզի բացառություն կատարվի նաև հայաստանյան քաղաքացիների համար, բայց որ խնդիրներ կան, բոլոր միությունում էլ կան և նույնիսկ այդ խնդիրներով հանդերձ ԵԱՏՄ-ն այսօր այլընտրանք չունի և այդ խոսակցությունները, որ պետք է դուրս գանք, մեր շահերից չեն բխում, և ի վերջո մենք չենք անդամակցել որևէ պետության լավություն անելու համար»,-ասաց նա:
Իսկ հարցին, թե ինչպես է վերաբերում ռուսերենը Հայաստանում որպես երկրորդ պետական լեզու հռչակելու ռուս գործընկերների հայտարարություններին, Շարմազանովը պատասխանեց. «Մենք մեր կարծիքը շատ հստակ ունենք, դա նույնիսկ քննարկման ենթակա հայտարարություն էլ չէ, ամոթ էլ է այդ մասին քննարկում ծավալել, ՀՀ ի մեկ լեզուն հայերենն է»:
