Նոր համագործակցություն գենետիկ հիմքով արյան հիվանդությունների ավելի վաղ հայտնաբերման ու թիրախային բուժման նպատակով

 Պրոֆ. Ռ.Յոլյանի անվ. արյունաբանական ու Բժշկական գենետիկայի և առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կենտրոնները կնքեցին համագործակցության հուշագիր: Հուշագրով պայմանավորվեցին անհրաժեշտության դեպքում փոխանակվել մասնագիտական տեղեկատվությամբ, գրականությամբ, տրամադրել նաև լաբորատոր սարքավորումներ, իրականացնել դրամաշնորհային ծրագրեր ու համատեղ տպագրություններ: Համագործակցությունը կնպաստի գենետիկ հիմքով արյան հիվանդությունների ավելի վաղ հայտնաբերմանն ու թիրախային բուժմանը: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հուլիսի 18-ին հուշագիրը ստորագրեցին Արյունաբանական կենտրոնի տնօրեն Սմբատ Դաղբաշյանը և Բժշկական գենետիկայի և առողջության առաջնային պահպանման կենտրոնի տնօրեն Թամարա Սարգսյանը։

« Առանց գիտական բժշկության, առանց բժիշկ-գիտնական կապի,  շատ դժվար է Հայաստանում զարգացնել առողջապահությունը: Պետք է պրակտիկ բժշկությունը համակցել գենետիկ հետազոտությունների արդի մակարդակի հետ: Արյան շատ հիվանդությունների հիմքը գենետիկ տարբեր մուտացիաներն են, այս համագործակցությամբ ստեղծում ենք ավելի նպաստավոր պայմաններ՝ ախտորոշման և բուժման նոր մեթոդների ներդրման առումով»,-ասաց Սմբատ Դաղբաշյանն ու հավելեց, որ միասին կարող են ի մի բերել նաև արյան բոլոր հիվանդությունների գենետիկ կենտրոնի ստեղծման գաղափարը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ գենետիկ հիմքով են արյան գրեթե բոլոր հիվանդությունները՝ հեմոֆիլիան, թալասեմիան, արյան շատ ուռուցքային հիվանդություններ: Մասնավորապես, առաջնային նշանակություն են ստացել մոլեկուլյար գենետիկ մակարդակով տեղի ունեցող շեղումների բացահայտումը և դրանով պայմանավորված բուժման ընտրությունը: Դրանց բուժումն այսօր իրականացվում է գենետիկ դեֆեկտների վերացման ուղղությամբ: Տվյալ դեֆեկտները հիվանդի մոտ հայտնաբերելը հնարավորություն կտա ավելի թիրախային մոտենալու բուժօգնությանը և հիվանդներից շատերի համար ապահովել արդյունավետ բուժում:

Թամարա Սարգսյանի խոսքով՝ բավական մեծ է հետազոտությունների ցանկը, որ իրենց կենտրոնը կարող է տրամադրել:  Կենտրոնը կարող է հայտնաբերել այն ռիսկային խումբը,  որում արդեն կա գենետիկական փոփոխություն: «Հայտնաբերելով գենետիկական փոփոխությունները՝ կարելի է ճիշտ նշանակել բուժումը, կատարել հիվանդների մոնիթորինգ: Գենետիկական ախտորոշումը տվյալ հիվանդությունների համար որոշիչ է: Բացի դրանից՝ փոխպատվաստումներ կատարելու դեպքում շատ կարևոր կլինի դոնորային հիմիլիզմի որոշումը, որը ևս կատարվում է գենետիկական տեխնոլոգիաների օգնությամբ»,-ասաց նա:

Սմբատ Դաղբաշյանը կարևորեց նաև այն հանգամանքը, որ հղի կնոջ մոտ հայտնաբերելով, թե պտուղն ինչ գենետիկ կառուցվածք ունի, կարող են կանխորոշել՝ կունենա՞ երեխան հեմոֆիլիա, թե՞ ոչ:
