Արցախում առաջին անգամ անցկացվել է գործատուների հիմնախնդիրների վերհանմանն ուղղված հետազոտություն: Այն իրականացրել է ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարության Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հետազոտությունների ազգային ինստիտուտը: «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում ինստիտուտի տնօրեն Արման Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ հետազոտության շրջանակում ընդգրկվել է 423 գործատու! :

«Կազմակերպությունների հիմնադրման տարեթվերի վերլուծությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ դրանք ունեն միջինը 12.8 տարվա գործունեության ժամկետ: Հետազոտությանը մասնակցած կազմակերպությունների աշխատողների 35.7 տոկոսն ունի բարձրագույն կրթություն, 27.7 տոկոսը` միջին կամ նախնական մասնագիտական, իսկ 36.6 տոկոսը չունի մասնագիտական կրթություն: Կազմակերպություններում աշխատողների 48 տոկոսը կանայք են»,-ասաց Արման Սարգսյանը:

Մեծ թիվ են կազմել մեծածախ և մանրածախ առևտրի ոլորտի կազմակերպությունները: Հարցմանը մասնակցած կազմակերպությունների մյուս մեծ խումբը կրթություն, գիտություն, առողջապահություն, սոցիալական պաշտպանություն, մշակույթ, հանգստի ոլորտներն է ներկայացնում:

«Գործատուների զգալի մասի` 72.3 տկոսի համար, հիմնական սպառման շուկան Արցախն է: Նրանց 14.8 տոկոսը սպառում իրականացնում է և Արցախում, և Հայաստանում, իսկ 1.9 տոկոսը ՀՀ տարածքում և արտերկրում, 0.6 տոկոսը` արտերկրում: Ինչպես տեսնում եք դեպի արտերկիր ծավալը քիչ տոկոս է կազմում, սակայն դրական տեղաշարժ կա: Գործատուներն ապրանք են արտահանում ՌԴ, ԱՄՆ, Ֆրանսիա, Գերմանիա, Իտալիա, Հունաստան, Իրան, Կուբա և այլ երկրներ:  Հիմնականում արտահանում են կոնյակ, գինի օղի, պահածոներ, մսամթերք, գորգեր, մանրատախտակ»,-ասաց Արման Սարգսյանը:

Գործատուների 24 տոկոսը տվել է դրական կանխատեսում` նշելով, որ առաջիկայում սպառման շուկաները կընդլայնեն:  Ընդհանուր առմամբ, 2014 և 2015 թվականներին գործատուներն իրենց կազմակերպությունում առավելապես արձանագրել են աշխատողների թվաքանակի աճի ավելի բարձր տեմպեր:

Հատկանշական է, որ շինարարության, մշակող արդյունաբերության, հանքաարդյունաբերության, ֆինանսական, ապահովագրական և անշարժ գույքի ոլորտներում 2017 և 2018 թվականների համար գործատուները կանխատեսել են աշխատողների թվաքանակի աճի ավելի բարձր տեմպեր, տարեկան 3-11 տոկոսային կետով:

Անդրադառնալով թափուր աշխատատեղերին` Արման Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ դրանք հիմնականում միջին մասնագիտական կրթություն պահանջող աշխատատեղերն են, ինչպես Հայաստանում, այնպես էլ Արցախում որակյալ էլեկտրիկի, ատաղձագործի, բանվորական ուժի կարիք կա:

Գործատուները բարձրացրել են խնդիրներ` կապված սոցիալական հարցերով պայմանավորված սպառողական շուկայի փոքր լինելու, շուկայում մատչելի վարկերի պակասության հետ և այլն: Արման Սարգսյանը նշեց, որ բոլոր խնդիրները վերհանվել են, համակարգվել, դրանց հետ կապված առաջիկայում կներկայացվեն կոնկրետ առաջարկություններ:
