Հայկական կողմը պետք է ամեն ինչ անի, որ թշնամու կողմից խոցվելու տեղ չթողնի: Լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի նախագահ Թևան Պողոսյանն` անդրադառնալով ղարաբաղա-ադրբեջանական շփման գծում առկա լարվածությանը:
«Թշնամին չի փոխել իր վարքագիծը, օգտագործում է բոլոր միջոցները Հայաստանին ու Արցախին հարվածելու համար: Տեսնում ենք, թե Ադրբեջանն ինչ ծավալի հակահայկական աշխատանք է տանում: Վերջերս բուլղարական լրատվամիջոցների բացահայտումների ականատեսը եղանք, սակայն նման դեպքերը բազմաթիվ են: Այս բոլոր տեղեկությունները գալիս են հիմնավորելու այն, որ Ադրբեջանը նախ բոլոր միջոցները ներդնում է խնդիրը ռազմական ճանապարհով լուծելու համար, երկրորդ այնպես է անում, որ հայությունն այս տարածաշրջանից հեռանա»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ ասաց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
Թևան Պողոսյանն ընդգծեց, որ հայկական կողմը պետք է առաջնորդվի իր շահերով, պետք է փոխի մարտավարությունն ու տանի այն ուղղությամբ, որ թշնամու համար մեզ խոցելու հնարավորություն չստեղծվի:
«Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ թշնամին ամեն օր փորձելու է ցանկացած հնարավորություն օգտագործել մեզ խոցելու համար: Ցանկացած դեպքից մենք պետք է դասեր քաղենք, որ համապատասխան քայլեր ձեռնարկենք, որ այդ հնարավորությունը թշնամուն չտրվի»,-ասաց նա:
Թևան Պողոսյանը կարևորեց ակտիվ աշխատանքը տեղեկատվական դաշտում: Նրա խոսքով, տեսանք, թե Ադրբեջանն ինչպես է օգտագործում իր ներքին իրավիճակը, մասնավորապես, պատսպարվում քաղաքացիական բնակչության հետևում ու սադրանքներ է անում:
«Մենք սրա մասին ոչ թե պետք է խոսենք միայն այս դեպքի հետ կապված, այլ դրա մասին պետք է այնքան խոսենք, որ միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունը սևեռվի այս խնդրի վրա: Ցավոք, մենք երկու օր պատասխանում ենք, տեղեկություններ ենք տրամադրում ու վերջ: Տեղեկատվական պատերազմը սաստկանում է այնպես, ինչպես առաջնագծում, հետևաբար փորձագիտական դաշտը, քաղաքական ուժերը, լրագրողները, դիվանագիտական ուժերը պետք է գիտակցեն, որ անհրաժեշտ է պատասխան գործողություններով հանդես գալ, այլ ոչ թե լինել պատասխանող կողմ»,- հավելեց Թևան Պողոսյանը:
