ԱՀԿ փորձագետներն ամփոփել են Հայաստան այցի արդյունքները

Առողջապահության համաշխարհային կազմակերպության (ԱՀԿ) եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի փորձագիտական խմբի հետ ամփոփիչ հանդիպման ժամանակ նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանին, փոխնախարարներին և ստորաբաժանումների ղեկավարներին ներկայացվել են այցի ընթացքում իրականացված աշխատանքները, դիտարկումները և առաջարկությունները: Մասնավորապես,  ԱՀԿ փորձագիտական խմբի ղեկավար Գորան Կարսոնն անդրադարձել է առողջության առաջնային պահպանման (ԱԱՊ) օղակում կրթական գործընթացների բարելավմանը։ Նրա հավանությանն են արժանացել նախարարության կողմից իրականացվող շարունակական մասնագիտական զարգացմանը,  կլինիկական ուղեցույցների և պացիենտի վարման գործելակարգերի ներդրմանն ուղղված աշխատանքները։ Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ԱՀԿ փորձագետը կարևորել է նաև խրախուսական վարձատրության մեխանիզմների ներդրման,  բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման գործընթացում պացիենտների լիազորությունների ընդլայնման հարցերը:

Գորան Կարսոնը նշել է, որ առավել արդյունավետ են ընտանեկան բժշկության խմբային պրակտիկաները թե՛ աշխատանքների կազմակերպման և կառավարման, թե՛ բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման որակի ապահովման առումով: Նա առաջարկել է վերանայել ուղեգրման սկզբունքները` բարձրացնելով ԱԱՊ բժշկի դերակատարումը։

Քննարկվել են ԱԱՊ օղակի վերակազմավորմանը,  ֆինանսավորման նոր մեխանիզմների ներդրմանը, ցերեկային ստացիոնարի ձևով  ծառայությունների մատուցանն առնչվող և շտապ բժշկական օգնության ծառայության  բեռնաթափմանն ուղղված  հարցեր։    

Խմբի անդամ Աննա Կորոտկովան հակիրճ ներկայացրել է ՌԴ-ում  պալիատիվ բժշկական օգնության և սպասարկման կազմակերպումը` առաջարկելով ելնել առկա  պահանջարկից և որակական ցուցանիշներից։  

Փորձագիտական խմբի անդամ Տատյանա Տրուպեչը ներկայացրել է Խորվաթիայում էլեկտրոնային առողջապահության ներդրման արդյունքները` առավել տարածված ոչ վարակիչ հիվանդությունների կառավարումը, դրանց համար հատուկ հարթակների ստեղծումը, ԱԱՊ օղակի ըստ կատարողականի խրախուսական վարձատրության հիմքում դրված ցուցանիշների վերանայումը, որակական ցուցանիշների ներառումը և բիզնես-գործընթացների բարելավումը:

ՀՀ առողջապահության նախարար Լևոն Ալթունյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ԱՀԿ եվրոպական տարածաշրջանային գրասենյակի ղեկավարությանն իր այցի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածության համաձայն Հայաստանում ԱԱՊ օղակի զարգացմանն աջակցելու նպատակով փորձագետների խումբ ուղարկելու համար։  

 Հայաստանում ԱՀԿ ներկայացուցիչ Եգոր Զայցևը, ամփոփելով ԱՀԿ փորձագիտական այցի ընթացքում իրականացված համատեղ աշխատանքները, նշել է, որ խումբն առաջիկայում հանդես կգա զեկույցով` մանրամասն ներկայացնելով  առաջարկները և ԱԱՊ օղակի բարեփոխումներին ուղղված իրենց մոտեցումները:
