Վիրավորված մարդը կարող է այնպիսի խոսքեր ասել կամ այնպիսի քայլերի դիմել, որոնց համար հետագայում զղջալու է կամ չի կարողանալու ներման արժանանալ։ Ուստի, հարաբերություններում տհաճ իրավիճակներից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է՝


1. Դադարել հիշաչար լինել

Ցանկացած զույգի կյանքում էլ վիճաբանություններ, տարաձայնություներ լինում են, սակայն այդ ամենը մնում է անցյալում։ Վիրավորանքը հոգու խորքում պահելն ու դրանց մասին մշտապես հիշելը բացասական ազդեցություն կարող են ունենալ ձեզ վրա։

2. Պետք չէ ամեն ինչում նրան մեղադրել

«Հենց քո պատճառով մենք կորցրեցինք այս հնարավորությունը», «քո սխալի պատճառով մենք հայտնվեցինք նման իրավիճակում»․ այս եւ նման այլ արտահայտությունները կարող են խարխլել նույնիսկ ամենաամուր հարաբերությունները։

3. Կարիք չկա հիշեցնել զուգընկերոջ անցյալի եւ սխալների մասին 
Եթե զուգընկերը վստահել ու պատմել է ձեզ իր անցյալի եւ կատարած սխալների մասին, ուրեմն պետք չէ այդ վստահությունը օգտագործել նրա դեմ։

4. Պետք չէ միմյանց մասին բացասաբար խոսել մյուսների ներկայությամբ

Որքան էլ որ դուք իրավացի լինեք, նման իրավիճակում դուք եք լինելու մեղավորը։ Եթե ինչ-որ մեկի հետ խոսելու ցանկություն ունեք, դիմեք միայն ամենամտերիմ մեկին՝ չմոռանալով, որ նա նույնպես կարող է մտածել․ «Նրանք դժբախտ են, իսկ ինձ հետ նա երջաիկ կլիներ»։

5. «Տալ նրան կյանքի լավագույն տարիները»

Այսինքն՝ մոռանալ սեփական անձի մասին եւ կյանքը նվիրել հարաբերություններին։ Առողջ հարաբերությունները հիմնվում են երկու ինքնուրույն անհատականությունների վրա։ Հետեւաբար, զուգընկերներից ամեն մեկը պետք է իր կյանքն ունենա, որպեսզի հետաքրքիր լինի մյուսի համար։

6. Հարկավոր է հիշել ներողություն խնդրելու մասին

Որոշ մարդիկ չեն կարողանում խոստովանել, որ սխալվել են կամ ամաչում են իրենց կատարած քայլերի համար։ Սակայն նա, ով սխալվել է, պետք է ներոություն խնդրի։ Չէ որ շատ դժվար է ներել մեկին, որն իրեն նույնիսկ մեղավոր չի ճանաչում։

7. Պետք չէ կեղծ խոսքեր ասել

Հարաբերություններում ամեն ինչ պետք է անկեղծ լինի։ Ոչ մի արժեք չունեն կեղծ եւ ոչ մի զգացմունք չարտահայտող խոսքերը։ Ավելին, դրանք կարող են նոր վիճաբանությունների պատճառ դառնալ։

8. Հրաժարվել ներել

Երբեմն հպարտությունը թույլ չի տալիս մեզ ներել դիմացինին, բայց հանուն հարաբերությունների պետք է դիմել այդ քայլին։ Աոողջ հարաբերություններում զուգընկերները չեն նվաստացնում միմյանց եւ ներում են իրար, քանի որ իսկապես սիրում են։
