Սփյուռքում հայոց լեզվի պահպանություն խնդիր կա. Հրանուշ Հակոբյան

Սփյուռքահայության անհանգստացնող հիմնական խնդիրը լեզվի պահպանությունն է: Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց սփյուռքի նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը: Նա հավելեց, թե սփյուռքի հետ հանդիպումների ժամանակ նկատել է, որ հիմնական մտահոգությունն այն է, որ հատկապես երիտասարդները հայերեն չեն խոսում: Նրա խոսքով՝ այս պատկերն անհանգստացնում է նաև սփյուռքի ներկայացուցիչներին:
«Ամենամեծ ցավը լեզուն է: Երկրորդն այն է, որ պետք է հայրենիքի հետ կապն ուժեղացնել, քանի որ, եթե հայրենիքը տեսնում են, հայրենիքը շոշափում են, տրորում են հայրենի հողը, նրանք արդեն հայ են մեծանում»,-ասաց Հակոբյանը:
Նախարարը նկատեց՝ աշխարհում ժողովուրդների համահարթեցման գործընթացը բավականին արագացել է, և ամեն բան պետք է անել դիմակայելու համար: Նա ամենախնդրահարույց երկիրը չառանձնացրեց՝ մատնացույց անելով, որ լեզվի պահպանման խնդիր առկա է և՛ ՌԴ-ում, և՛ Եվրոպայում, և՛ Լատինական Ամերիկայի երկրներում:
Հարցին՝ հայկական դպրոցների սակավությո՞ւնն է պատճառը, որ սփյուռքում հայոց լեզուն կիրառությունից դուրս է գալիս, Հակոբյանը պատասխանեց. «Քիչ չեն՝ 1004 դպրոց ունենք, բայց բոլորը չեն հաճախում: Մյուս կողմից խնդիրն այն է, որ մեծանում են մի միջավայրում, որտեղ հայեր գրեթե չկան: Երիտասարդները, որոնք բավականին լավ կարիերա են ունենում, բարձր հաջողությունների են հասնում, նրանք շատ արագ ուծացվում կամ հեռանում են հայկական միջավայրից: Մեր խնդիրը նրանց հայկական միջավայր վերադարձնելն է»:
Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը խնդրի լուծման համար առանցքային է համարում եկեղեցու ու համահայկական կառույցների դերը: Սակայն նախարարը պնդում է՝ հայապահպանության թթվածինը Սփյուռք-Հայաստան կապն է:
«Պետք է ամեն բան անել, հետ բերել նրանց Հայաստան: Ամենամեծ ձևը Հայաստան գալն է, դրա համար մենք ասում են մտքեր, որոնք թվում են պայմանական բառակապակցություններ, սակայն խորը իմաստ ունեն: Մենք ասում ենք՝ «3 տարին մեկ հանգստացիր Երևանում», «Հայն այն մարդն է, որը Հայաստան է տեսել», «Ուխտագնացություն դեպի առաջին քրիստոնյա երկիր», «Արի՛ և վայելի՛ր Արարատը» և այլն: Հայաստան եկողն արդեն վերադառնում է իր արմատներին, ամենամեծ բանալին հայրենիքն է, հայապահպանության թթվածինը Հայաստանն է»,- եզրափակեց Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:
