ՊԵԿ-ը ստվերի գնահատում կիրականացնի 100 մլն դրամ և ավելի շրջանառություն ունեցող տնտեսվարողների մոտ

Ստվերի գնահատում, ըստ ոլորտների հիմնական ռիսկերի առանձնացում ու դրանց նվազեցմանն ուղղված հստակ միջոցառումների իրականացում. նպատակն է՝ տնտեսվարողներին ուղղորդել պակաս վճարված հարկերն ինքնուրույն հայտարարագրելուն: Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ մինչև 100 միլիոն դրամ և ավելի շրջանառություն ունեցող հարկ վճարողների մոտ իրականացվում է ստվերի գնահատում: Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԿԱ ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Դեռևս նախորդ տարվա նոյեմբերից բիզնեսի հետ ոլորտային հանդիպումներում կոմիտեն նրանց է ներկայացրել ինչպես ոլորտային, այնպես էլ յուրաքանչյուր ընկերության ռիսկերը: Զբոսաշրջային, շինարարության, կենցաղային տեխնիկայի, բջջային հեռախոսների ներմուծման ու իրացման և այլ ոլորտներում գործող ռիսկային հարկ վճարողներն արդեն տեղեկացվել են իրենց խնդիրներից: Ստվերի գնահատման արդյունքում, ըստ ՊԵԿ կազմակերպման և հսկողության վարչության պետ Ռաֆիկ Մաշադյանի, կոմիտեն տիրապետում է բոլոր այն խնդիրներին, որոնք կարող են հանգեցնել հարկերի պակաս հաշվարկմանը: «Թեպետ դրական արդյունքներ արձանագրվել են, այնուամենայնիվ աշխատանքները պետք է շարունակական լինեն: Հարկային եկամուտներն առաջին հինգ ամսվա արդյունքներով՝ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացել են 31 միլիարդ դրամով, որից 30 միլիարդ դրամը բաժին է ընկնում առևտրային կազմակերպություններին: Արձանագրելով հարկային եկամուտների նման աճ, չունենք գերավճարի ավելացում: Կարելի է արձանագրել, որ, ըստ էության, հարկային եկամուտների ավելացումը հիմնականում պայմանավորված է ստվերի նվազմամբ, ինչին միտված են ՊԵԿ-ի ամենօրյա գործողությունները»,-ընդգծել է Ռաֆիկ Մաշադյանը:
Վերջերս հսկողական միջոցառումներ են իրականացվել ավտոպահեստամասերի առևտրով զբաղվող հարկ վճարողների մոտ: Ռաֆիկ Մաշադյանի տեղեկացմամբ՝ մինչև հսկողական միջոցառումները և դրանից հետո ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ֆիսկալային հասույթների համեմատականը բերել է իրացման ծավալների մոտ 70 տոկոս աճի: ՊԵԿ-ն առաջիկայում հսկողական գործողություններ է նախատեսում նաև այլ ոլորտներում, մասնավորապես շինանյութի, կենցաղային տեխնիկայի, բջջային հեռախոսների վաճառքով զբաղվող տնտեսվարողների մոտ: Ռաֆիկ Մաշադյանի հավաստմամբ՝ վարչարարության ենթարկվելու են բացառապես ռիսկային կազմակերպությունները. «Չի բացառվում, որ կկատարվեն պետությանը պատճառված վնասի նախնական հաշվարկներ և դրանց արդյունքում կհարուցվեն քրեական գործեր: Մեր գերակա խնդիրը շարունակում է մնալ կազմակերպությունների կողմից հարկերի իրական չափերի ինքնուրույն հայտարարագրումը»:
