Իմ փորձով գիտեմ, թե որքան դժվար է պայքարել ավելորդ քաշի դեմ, եւ զսպել ախորժակը, հատկապես որ չգիրացնող սնունդը երբեք այնքան համեղ չէ, որքան «փորիկը մեծացնող» ախորժաբեր ուտեստները:
Այնուամենայնիվ, ես չեմ հրաժարվել այն մտքից, որ առողջ սնունդը կարող է լինել նաեւ համեղ: Երկարատեւ փնտրտուքների արդյունքում գտել եմ չգիրացնող ախորժալի ուտեստների բազմաթիվ բաղադրատոմսեր, որոնցով որոշել եմ կիսվել ձեզ հետ:
