Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենի կայարաններում վերջին շրջանում պարբերաբար անցկացվող վարժանքների ժամանակ անվտանգության հետ կապված խնդիրներում արտառոց թերություններ ի հայտ չեն գալիս, բացառությամբ մանր-մունր թերությունների, և տեղեկությունն էլ, թե հրդեհի մարման համար նախատեսված ջրի պոմպը չի աշխատել, իրականությանը չի համապատասխանում:

Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց  Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենի պետի տեղակալ Գևորգ Ավետիսյանը՝ ի պատասխան հարցի, թե ըստ որոշ լուրերի՝   «Հրդեհաշիջման և փրկարարական աշխատանքների կազմակերպումը և իրականացումը՝ Կարեն Դեմիրճյանի անվան Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենում» թեմայով վարժանքի փորձի ժամանակ ջրի պոմպերը չեն աշխատել:

«Հակառակը, պոմպը բացվեց, բոլորն էլ տեսան, նախարարն իր աչքով տեսավ, ուղղակի, քանի որ չէինք նախատեսել, որ ջուր պետք է լինի, նախօրոք ջուրը չէինք միացրել, բայց, քանի որ նախարարը պնդեց, ասաց, որ ուզում է իր աչքով տեսնի, միացրեցինք, համոզվեց ինքը, բոլորն էլ տեսան: Ուղղակի չթողեցին, որ միացված խողովակից դուրս գա, միանգամից անջատեցին»:

Ըստ Գևորգ Ավետիսյանի ամփոփման՝ պոմպերը չէին միացրել, «քանի իրականում կրակ չկար, ջրի լինելն անիմաստ էր»:

Նշենք, որ երեկ ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը Ազգային ժողովում  պատասխանելով «Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Գևորգ Գորգիսյանի այն դիտարկմանը, որ   Հանրապետությունում, առավելապես Երևանում ապաստարանների վիճակը անմխիթար է, ասաց, որ  բոլոր ապաստարանները կառուցվել են սառը պատերազմի ժամանակ և այդ տրամաբանությամբ: Եվ այս ընթացքում  ռազմաքաղաքական իրավիճակ է փոխվել: «Աստված մի արասցե, ինչ-որ խնդրի պարագայում, հիմնական դերակատարումը լինելու է մետրոպոլիտենինը»,- ասաց նախարարը:

Նա հայտարարեց, որ քաղպաշտպանություն կոչված համակարգը պետք է պատրաստ լինի ռազմական գործողությունների, քանի որ դա էլ աղետ է՝ մարդածին աղետ:

Տեղեկություններ կան նաև, որ Երևանի մետրոպոլիտենի ապաստարանների մուտքերը անմխիթար վիճակում են քաղաքաշինության պատճառով. դրանք քաղաքում 90-ականների թվականներից հետո կառուցված էլիտար ու այլ շինարարության պատճառով փակվել են կամ նեղացվել:

ՀՀ մետրոպոլիտենի ղեկավարի տեղակալն այս առնչությամբ նկատեց, որ այս պահի դրությամբ չկան ելքեր, որոնք շենքերի տակ են, այլ հարց է նոր շինարարությունը:

«Միանշանակ է, որ նոր կառույցները համաձայնեցվում են քաղաքի ճարտարապետների հետ, քաղաքապետարանի և Մետրոպոլիտենի հետ: Այս պահին չգիտեմ՝ որ հատվածում ինչ է կառուցվել 1990-ականներից էս կողմ, բայց դե, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մեր քաղաքում դուք էլ եք ապրում, ես էլ,  գիտեք՝ թերություններ կան: Բայց, ընդհանուր առմամբ, մետրոպոլիտենն աչքաթող արված չէ քաղաքային իշխանությունների կողմից»,-ասաց նա:
