Actual Monitoring–ը ներկայացնում է, թե հայկական լրատվական կայքերն ինչպես են լուսաբանել հունիսի 26–ին Ստրասբուրգում մեկնարկած Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական Վեհաժողովի ամառային նստաշրջանը, որի ժամանակ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանն ընտրվեց ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահ:
 
Եվ այսպես, հունիսի 26–ից 27–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում՝ Եվրախորհրդի Խորհրդարանական Վեհաժողովի ամառային նստաշրջանի պահից մինչև հունիսի 27–ի ժամը 13:30–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանի վերաբերյալ եղել է 79 հոդված, ինչը կազմում է ամբողջ լրահոսի 1,1%–ը։
 
Մոնիթորինգի արդյունքներով ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահի վերաբերյալ ամենից շատ հայկական օնլայն լրատվականներում խոսվել է 14։00–ից 15։59–ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում։
 
Վերլուծաբանների կարծիքով՝ դա պայմանավորված է նրանով, որ 14։00–ից է սկսվել տարածվել Հովհաննիսյանի՝ ԵԽԽՎ փոխնախագահ ընտրվելու մասին տեղեկատվությունը։ Դրանից հետո 1 ժամ համեմատաբար քիչ հոդվածներ են շրջանառվել, որից հետո կրկին ակտիվություն է նկատվել։
 
Մոնիթորինգի արդյունքներով լրատվական հոդվածների երկրորդ «ալիքը» սկսվել է 17:00– ից 17:59–նն ընկած ժամանակահատվածի ընթացքում, որը պայմանավորված է եղել ԱԺ փոխնախագահի ԵԽԽՎ–ում հնչեցրած ելույթով։
