Պեդրո Ագրամունտը միսսիոներ է, այսինքն՝ Ադրբեջանի շահերի ներկայացուցիչ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 27-ին Եվրոպայի խորհրդի խորհրդարանական վեհաժողովի ամառային նստաշրջանի լիագումար նիստին իր ելույթում ասել է հայկական պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչ, ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Միքայել Մելքումյանը:
«Ագրամունտի՝ Ադրբեջանի շահերի ներկայացուցիչ լինելը իր ելույթով հաստատեց նաեւ Ադրբեջանի պատվիրակության ներկայացուցիչ Սամադ Սեիդովը: Ուստի այսօրվա քննարկումը անմիջականորեն կապված է Ագրամունտի վարքագծի հետ, որն անընդունելի է: Սակայն նա կրկին բացակայում է: Հետեւաբար նա պետք է թողնի իր պաշտոնը եւ հեռանա»,-ասել է նա:
Միքայել Մելքումյանը նշել է, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարը պետք է լինի չափելի եւ տեսանելի եւ Հայաստանում այդ ուղղությամբ որոշակի քայլեր են իրականացվում՝ մասնավորապես օրենսդրության եւ վարչարարության մասով. ընդունվել են ապօրինի հարստացման քրեականացման եւ հակակոռուպցիոն նոր մարմնի ձեւավորման մասին օրենքները:
«Ես գտնում եմ, որ միջազգային հանրությունը եւ տարբեր երկրների կառավարությունները պետք է միավորեն իրենց ուժերը այս խնդրի կանխարգելման եւ հետագա հաղթահարման ուղղությամբ: Բայց ինչպե՞ս կարելի է այդ ուղղությամբ արդյունավետ աշխատել, եթե, օրինակ, Ադրբեջանի նման երկրում հենց երկրի ղեկավարն է աջակցում կոռուպցիայի զարգացմանը՝ հրահրելով ագրեսիվ ռազմական գործողություններ, ինչպես դա եղավ 2016թ. ապրիլին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի եւ Ադրբեջանի սահմանի ամբողջ երկայնքով: Մի շարք պաշտոնական պարբերականներում եւ ԶԼՄ այլ աղբյուրներում դրա հետ կապված նյութեր են հրապարակվել, այդ թվում՝ պանամական օֆշորային փաստաթղթերի շրջանակներում, համաձայն որոնց՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Ալիեւի ընտանիքը եւ մասնավորապես՝ նրա դուստրերը հսկայական հարստությունների են տիրապետում աշխարհի տարբեր երկրներում: Այս երեւույթի մասին մեր կազմակերպության լիագումար նախորդ նիստերում ես առիթ եմ ունեցել բարձրաձայնելու: Բայց քանի որ քննարկվող թեման կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարն է, նորից ուզում եմ շեշտել, որ մենք պետք է գործուն եւ արդյունավետ առաջարկներ եւ երաշխավորություններ հղենք այս երեւույթի հաղթահարման առումով»,-ասել է նա:
