Հայաստանից ծիրանի արտահանման գործընթացը նորմալ հունով շարունակվում է. արտահանվել է 5 հազար տոննա ծիրան

Ներկայիս դրությամբ Հայաստանից 5 հազար տոննա ծիրան է արտահանվել. միայն 3 հազարը` վերջին չորս օրերի ընթացքում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը: Նրա խոսքով` արտահանումների գործընթացը նորմալ շարունակվում է:
«Ծիրանի արտահանման հիմնական ուղղությունը ՌԴ-ն է: Շուրջ մեկ տոննա արտահանել են Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրություններ, 127 տոննա`Վրաստան, իսկ մնացած մասը` Ռուսաստան»,- ասաց Մակարյանը` վստահեցնելով, որ ծիրանի արտահանման գործընթացում բազմաթիվ իրավաբանական և ֆիզիկական անձիք են մասնակցում, քանի որ դրա պահանջարկը ՌԴ-ում մեծ է` բազմաթիվ արտահանողներ կան այդ ոլորտում:
Անդրադառնալով քննարկումներին, թե ՌԴ շուկայի գրեթե բոլոր խոշոր իրացման կետերն աշխատում են միայն «Սպայկա» ընկերության հետ, փոխնախարարն արձագանքեց, որ ընկերությունը խոշոր ծավալներով է արտահանում, քանի որ ունի ենթակառուցվածքներ, լոգիստիկ ծառայություններ: Նրա խոսքով` Կրասնոդարի շրջանի մեկ կամ երկու շուկաներին դիմել են վաճառելու համար, և շուկայի սեփականատերերը նշել են, որ աշխատում են միայն «Սպայկայի» հետ:
«Նախ, արտահանող ընկերությունը չի ունեցել նախնական գրավոր կամ բանավոր պայմանավորվածություն, որպեսզի այն խախտվեր, բացի այդ՝ գնորդն է որոշում՝ մեկ վաճառողի հետ է աշխատում, թե մի քանի: Գնորդն է իր առաջարկներն անում: Ռուսաստանում մեր առևտրային ներկայացուցչի հետ ենք կապվել Դոնի Ռոստովում, Կրասնոդարում շուկաների վերաբերյալ լրացուցիչ տվյալներ տալու համար, որպեսզի արտահանողները կարողանան իրենց ապրանքն իրացնել: Սակայն սա նախադեպ չպետք է լինի, քանի որ ամեն վաճառող կամ արտահանող նախ պետք է ինքը ճշտի շուկան, վաճառքի ուղղությունը, նոր արտահանումներ իրականացնի»,- նշեց Մակարյանը` հավելելով, որ ներկայումս շատերը բողոքում են գների իջեցումից, սակայն, իրականում, ծիրանի սեզոնի սկսելու ժամանակ դրա գինը բարձր է, քանի որ քանակը քիչ է, այնուհետև, երբ սկսում է հասունանալ` գները իջնում են:
Փոխնախարարի խոսքով` գնի տատանումները բոլոր ժամանակներում էլ եղել են արտահանման մասով, պարզապես այս տարի խնդիրն այն է, որ գյուղատնտեսական սեզոնը շուրջ 10 օր հետ է ընկել և ռուսական շուկա մուտք են գործել ուզբեկական և այլ երկրների ծիրաններ, իսկ քանի որ ՌԴ-ի շուկայում առաջարկը մեծ է. այդ իսկ պատճառով՝ գներն այնտեղ էլ են նվազել:
