Ղազախստանը հետաքրքրված է աշխատել Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի հետ համատեղ ծրագրեր իրականացնելու ուղղությամբ

Ղազախստանի մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարության արխիվային աշխատանքների եւ փաստաթղթաշրջանառության բաժնի ղեկավար Ալիա Մուսթաֆինան տպավորված է Հայաստանում արխիվային նյութերի հավաքագրման եւ պահպանման ուղղությամբ տարվող աշխատանքով։ Նա Հայաստան էր ժամանել մասնակցելու հունիսի 21-ին մեկնարկած Արխիվների միջազգային խորհրդի եվրասիական տարածաշրջանային բաժանմունքի 18-րդ համաժողովին, որը համախմբել էր Արխիվների միջազգային խորհրդի եվրասիական տարածաշրջանային բաժանմունքի անդամ 12 երկրներից 9-ի պետական արխիվային ծառայությունների ղեկավարներին և ներկայացուցիչներին:
«Նման համաժողովը եզակի հարթակ է, որի շրջանակում հնարավորություն է ստեղծվում ծանոթանալ մասնակից երկրներում արխիվային գործունեության զարգացման տենդենցներին։ Մենք շատ մտերիմ հարաբերություններ ունենք Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի հետ, որի ղեկավարը՝ Ամատունի Վիրաբյանը, միշտ շատ ջերմ է ընդունել մեզ, այդ իսկ պատճառով շատ հեշտությամբ ենք համագործակցություն հաստատում։ Ցավոք, այսօրվա դրությամբ մենք համատեղ ծրագրեր չունենք, եւ ես կարծում եմ, որ սա հենց այն ուղղությունն է, որի հիման վրա հետագայում պետք է աշխատենք միասին, քանի որ մենք պատմության ընդհանրական էջեր ունենք, եւ նմանատիպ ծրագրերը, գիտահետազոտական համատեղ աշխատանքները հնարավորություն են տալու երկրների պատմությունն ավելի խորությամբ ներկայացնել. թե Հայաստանի պատմությունը Ղազախստանում, թե Ղազախստանինը՝ Հայաստանում»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Ղազախստանի մշակույթի եւ սպորտի նախարարության ներկայացուցիչը՝ ընդգծելով, որ ըստ նրա՝ հատկապես նոր սերնդի համար հետաքրքիր կլինի ուսումնասիրել միմյանց պատմությունը։
Ալիա Մուսթաֆինան նշեց, որ նպատակադրված են նախաձեռնել երկարաժամկետ ծրագրեր՝ ուշադրության կենտրոնում պահելով օրինակ փաստաթղթերի թվայնացման գործընթացը, որում Ղազախստանը որոշակի փորձ ունի։
«Այնուամենայնիվ, սա աշխատանքի բավականին նոր ձեւաչափ է, որը պահանջում է ուսումնասիրություն տարբեր ուղղություններում, ժամանակ ու ջանք, որպեսզի Հայաստանի ազգային արխիվի հետ հասնենք արդյունքների։ Ղազախստանում ունենք մեծ հայկական համայնք, հայկական մշակույթը մեզ լավ ծանոթ է՝ սկսած այն կենցաղային երեւույթներից, խոհանոցից մինչեւ հայերի ունիկալ վարպետությունը, հատկապես ոսկերչության ոլորտում։ Հատկապես մեր հետազոտողները մեծ հետաքրքրություն են ցուցաբերում հայկական գրավոր աղբյուրների նկատմամբ»,-եզրափակեց նա։
