Ինչպես կարելի է առանց ներարկումների շուրթերին ավելի գրավիչ տեսք հաղորդել

Տարիքի հետ ինչպես կանանց, այնպես էլ տղամարդկանց շուրթերը կորցնում են իրենց ձևն ու հստակ ուրվագծերը, սակայն գիտնականները գտել մի միջոց, որը թույլ կտա պահպանել շուրթերի գրավիչ տեսքն առանց վիրահատական միջամտության ու ներարկումների:
Ժամանակի ընթացքում շուրթերն «անհետանում» են, ինչը պայմանավորված է բերանի շուրջը գտնվող մկանների լարվածությամբ: Այս խնդիրը հիմնականում առաջանում է կամային մարդկանց մոտ, քանի որ նրանք, սովորության համաձայն, անընդհատ սեղմում են ատամները և լարում դեմքի մկանները: Ընդ որում՝ գիտնականները նշում են, որ այդ լարվածության հետևանքով շուրթերը կարող են ամբողջությամբ «անհետանալ»: Սակայն նման տհաճ խնդրից խուսափելու կամ գոնե այդ գործընթացը դանդաղեցնելու համար կարելի է կատարել որոշ վարժություններ:
Հարկավոր է միջնամատն ու ցուցամատը միասին դնել ստորին շուրթի տակ և փորձել զգալ, թե ինչպես է դրանց տակ գտնվող մաշկը տաքանում ու թուլանում, իսկ արյան շրջանառությունն արագանում: Այնուհետև անհրաժեշտ է ժպիտ «նկարել»՝ մատները դեպի բերանի անկյունները տանելով և մի փոքր վեր բարձրացնելով: Նույն գործողությունները հարկավոր է կրկնել նաև վերին շուրթի հատվածում:
Այս վարժության բոլոր կանոններին հետևելու և այն պարբերաբար կատարելու դեպքում կարելի է հասնել հիանալի արդյունքի: Պարզապես հարկ է հիշել, որ մատները պետք է հորիզոնական շարժել և շուրթերը կստանան ավելի գրավիչ կլորավուն տեսք:
