Հայտնի է քրոնիկական հիվանդությունից ազատվելու արդյունավետ մեթոդը

Ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությունները ոչ միայն հոգնածության առավել ակնհայտ պատճառն են, այլեւ դրանից ազատվելու միջոցը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Լոնդոնի Մարիա թագուհու համալսարանի հետազոտողների խումբը: Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ ֆիզկուլտուրան կամ նույնիսկ սոսկ զբոսանքը քրոնիկական հոգնածության դեմ պայքարի գործուն միջոց են` այն պայմանով, որ ծանրաբեռնվածությունն աստիճանաբար աճի:
Հետազոտությունն անցկացվել է 4 ամիս, մասնակցել է 200 մարդ, որոնք տառապել են քրոնիկական հոգնածությամբ: Մասնագետները հատուկ թեստերի միջոցով նախապես որոշել են, թե մասնակիցներն իրենց որքան հոգնած են զգում: Այնուհետեւ կամավորներին խնդրել են մասնակցել 2 ծրագրերից մեկին, որոնք ուղղված են քրոնիկական հոգնածության համախտանիշի դեմ պայքարին. մի մասը պետք է ամեն օր զբոսներ, մյուսները` դեպրեսիայի եւ անքնության դեմ դեղեր ընդունեին: Ըստ որում` առաջին խմբի մասնակիցներին հետեւել են ֆիզիոթերապեւտները, որոնք խորհուրդ են տվել ամեն օր մի փոքր ավելի մեծ տարածություն անցնել, քան նախորդ օրը:
4 ամիս հետո, այսինքն` 2 ծրագրերի ավարտից հետո մեկ ամսից փոքր-ինչ ավելի անց մասնագետները դարձյալ ստուգել են, թե մասնակիցների մոտ որքանով է ուժեղ արտահայտված քրոնիկական հոգնածության համախտանիշը: Պարզվել է, որ աստիճանաբար աճող ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածություններն այս համախտանիշի դեմ պայքարի ավելի արդյունավետ միջոց են, քան բժշկական դեղամիջոցները: Դրանից բացի, հետազոտության յուրաքանչյուր 5-րդ մասնակիցը, որը ֆիզկուլտուրայով է զբաղվել, նշել է, որ սկսել է իրեն ավելի «լավ» զգալ կամ «շատ ավելի լավ»:
Գիտական աշխատանքը հրապարակվել է The Lancet ամսագրում: Մասնագետները հիշեցնում են, որ գոյություն ունեցող վիճակագրության համաձայն` քրոնիկական համախտանիշի հետ է բախվում 1000-ից մոտ 7 մարդ:
