Համեղ սուրճ պատրաստելու գաղտնիքներ

Տնային պայմաններումամենևին էլ անհնար չէ համեղ սուրճ պատրաստել: Կապ չունի, թե ինչ սարքավորում եք Դուք օգտագործում, պետք է հաշվի առնել հիմնական նրբությունները, որոնք ազդում են սուրճի համի և բուրմունքի վրա:
Գաղտնիք №1: Աղացվածք
Կախված պատրաստման եղանակից՝ Ձեզ պետք կգա տարբեր չափերի աղացած սուրճ: Էսպրեսո սուրճի մեքենայի համար այն պետք է մանր լինի, քանի որ սուրճի պատրաստումը տևում է միայն 18-23 վայրկյան, իսկ ֆրենչ-պրեսի համար պետք է խոշորը վերցնել, քանի որ սուրճը մոտ 4 րոպե «շփման» մեջ է լինում ջրի հետ:
Գաղտնիք №2: Ջուր
Փորձեք օգտագործել զտված կամ աղբյուրի ջուր: Ջրի որակը շատ մեծ ազդեցություն ունի սուրճի վերջնական համի վրա:
Գաղտնիք №3: Համամասնություններ
Պահպանեք սուրճի և ջրի ճիշտ համամասնությունը: Օրինակ՝ ֆրենչ-պրեսի համար հարկավոր է 10գր աղացած սուրճ՝ 180 մլ ջրի համար:
Գաղտնիք №4: Ջրի ջերմաստիճան
90-96 աստիճան եռացված ջուրը իդեալական է սուրճից ամբողջական համային և երանգային բազմազանությունը ստանալու համար:
Գաղտնիք №5: Սուրճի թարմություն
Հիանալի սուրճ կարելի է ստանալ միայն թարմ սուրճի հատիկներից: Պահեք սուրճը ոչ թափանցիկ տարայում և բացած փաթեթըփորձեք օգտագործել մեկ շաբաթվա ընթացքում: Այդ ոչ խորամանկ հնարքները Ձեզ հնարավորություն կտան միշտ վայելել սուրճի հագեցված համը:

Սրճեփով սուրճի պատրաստումը ամենատարածված տարբերակն է, բայց նրա թերությունն այն է, որ ջուրը եռացվում է: Ավելի հեշտ է սուրճ եփել ֆրենչ-պրեսում՝ այդ ճանապարհով ստանալով ավելի հարուստ և ճիշտ համ:
