Սերը երկուսի միջեւ միաժամանակ է առաջանում։ Երբ զգացմունքներն անպատասխան են կամ միակողմանի, դժվար թե դրանից սեր հասունանա։

Դուք կարող եք հերքել եւ պնդել, որ ճանաչում եք զույգերի, որոնց միջեւ սերը սկզբում միակողմանի է եղել, հետո նոր փոխադարձի վերածվել, սակայն հոգեբաններից շատերն այդ տեսակետին չեն։

Հոգեբաններն ավելի շատ հակված են նրան, որ տվյալ դեպքում «չսիրող» կողմի մոտ առաջացել է հարմարավետության, սեփական ապագայի հանդեպ վստահության, միայնակության հանդեպ վախից ազատման զգացում։

Սիրահարվածությունը երկուսի միջեւ առաջանում է միանգամից։
Իհարկե, ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում են սիրահարված զույգերն այնքան համբերատար լինում, որ այդ զգացումը վերածեն մեծ սիրո, սակայն մի բան հաստատ է. նրանց աստծո կողմից տրվում է այդ հնարավորությունը։
Եթե մարդիկ իրար համար են նախատեսված, ապա երկուսն էլ դա զգում են, հասկանում են, նրանց իրար հետ հետաքրքիր է։

Եթե առաջին ժամադրություններից հետո ծագում են այնպիսի մտքեր, ինչպիսիք են. «խոստացավ, բայց չզանգեց», «նամակը ստացավ, բայց չպատասխանեց», «անձնական կյանքը դասավորելու ժամանակը չէ», «ավելի լավ է գնամ ընկերներիս հետ հանդիպման», ապա չարժե այդ մարդու հետ հետագայի ծրագրեր կապել։ Սա նշանակում է, որ ձեր մեջ «հենց դա» տեղի չի ունեցել։ Այդ պահից սկսած դուք սկսելու եք բարդ եւ լարված կերպով կառուցել հարաբերությունները։
Երբ մարդիկ զգում են իրար, երկուսն էլ սկսում են փայփայել իրար հանդեպ միեւնույն զգացմունքները։

Մյուսն անսպասելիորեն չի անհետանում, քանի որ զգում է, որ այդպիսով ցավ կպատճառի ձեզ։
Մյուսը ձեր վերաբերմունքն անպատասխան չի թողնի, քանի որ կփայփայի ձեր հարաբերությունները։
Դուք չեք սկսի անհանգստանալ այն մասին, թե արդյոք ձեր միջեւ կապ կա, որովհետեւ անդադար ստանալու եք ձեր միջեւ զգացմունքների եւ էմոցիաների հաստատում։
Նա ձեր հանդեպ անկեղծ եւ բաց է լինելու եւ դուք եւս ցանկանալու եք այդպիսին լինել։
Շատերը պարզապես համբերություն չեն ունենում սպասելու «հենց նրան»։

Դուք կարող եք հարցնել, թե ի՞նչ անել, որքա՞ն սպասել, մնալ միայնա՞կ…
Իհարկե յուրաքանչյուրի դեպքում տարբեր է. ինչ-որ մեկը նրա հետ է, ում հետ չպիտի լիներ, մյուսը որոշել է, որ ավելի լավ է մենակ լինել, քան չսիրած մարդու հետ եւ այլն…
Կան նաեւ մարդիկ, ովքեր ուրախանում են իրենց կյանքով անկախ տարիքից, գնահատում են կյանքի յուրաքանչյուր պահը, սիրում են աշխարհն ու մարդկանց, եւ հավատում են, որ ինչ-որ տեղ ապրում է նա, ով նախատեսված է հենց իր համար։
Նա կարողանում է լսել իր ներքին ձայնին եւ առաջնորդվում է դրանով։ Օրինակ ինչ-որ մեկը օտար լեզուներ է սովորում եւ անսպասելիորեն իր երջանկությունը գտնում ուրիշ երկրում, ինչ որ մեկը գիտական գործունեությամբ է զբաղվում ու մի անգամ սեմինարին հանդիպում իր միակին… Յուրաքանչյուրն իր բաղադրատոմսն ունի։
Ամենակարեւորը հավատացեք, որ «Հենց այդ մարդը» արժանի է, որ սպասեք իրեն։
