1. Ձգտեք ամեն օր որեւէ հաճելի բան անել
Սուրճ պատրաստեք ու մատուցեք անկողնում, խանութ գնացեք ու որեւէ համեղ բան գնեք ձեր սիրելիի համար, նրա համար հարմարավետ անկողին պատրաստեք, այլ ոչ թե վիճեք, թե աման լվանալու ում հերթն է։ Այդ մանուքներով դուք ցույց կտաք ձեր սերը։ Նման ուշադրություն ու հոգատարություն մեզնից յուրաքանչյուրին է պետք։
2. Ստեղծեք ձեր ավանդույթները ու սովորույթները
Ավանդույթներն ընտանեկան մշակույթի մի մասն են, որը անհրաժեշտ է առողջ երկարաժամկետ հարաբերությունների համար։ Դա կարող է լինել ցանկացած բան՝ օրինակ ամեն կիրակի սիրելի գինի ու պանիր գնելը, միասին սերիալ դիտելը, առավոտյան մի քանի րոպե իրար գրկած պառկելը, միասին երեխաներին քնից առաջ հեքիաթ կարդալը։
Ցանկացած՝ նույնիսկ ամենաառօրեական զբաղմունքը կարելի է ավանդույթի վերածել ու դրանք հատուկ նշանակություն ձեռք կբերեն։
3. Մի՛ մոռացեք «շնորհակալություն» ասել
Մի մոռացեք ձեր սիրելի անձնավորությանը շնորհակալություն ասել , նույնիսկ եթե ձեր հարաբերություններում լավագույն ժամանակաշրջանը չէ։
Շնորկալությունը նույն սերն է՝ այլ բառերով արտահայտած։ Հնարավորինս հաճախ ասեք այդ բառը։
4. Ծիծաղեք միասին
Ի՞նչը կարող է ավելի հաճելի լինել, քան սիրելի մարդու ժպիտն ու ծիծաղը։ Կատակեք միասին, խաղացեք՝ երեխաների նման։
«Ավելի շատ ծիծաղիր, նույնիսկ եթե դրանից քո դեմքը ծածկվի կնճիռներով։ Կարեւորը որ դու երջանիկ լինես»,- ասել էր ժամանակին մի իմաստուն տղամարդ իր սիրելի կնոջը ու մենք միանգամայն համաձայն ենք նրա հետ։
5. Զրուցեք
Որքան է լ ծանր օր լինի՝ պարտադիր ժամանակ գտեք իրար հետ զրուցելու համար։ Պատմեք, թե ինչ է տեղի ունեցել ձեր կյանքում։
Ցանկացած հարաբերություններում կան ճգնաժամներ, դա նորմալ է։ Պարզապես հիշեք, որ հարաբերություններն աշխատանք են պահանջում։ Դրանք պետք է սնել ու ջրել, բույսերի նման, դրանք լույս ու թթվածին են պահանջում։ Որքան էլ դժվար իրավիճակ լինի՝ միասին այն հաղթահարելն ավելի հեշտ է։
