ՀՀ Նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի զարգացման գործում Ճապոնիայի ունեցած ներդրումը

ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանը հունիսի 14-ին ընդունել է Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության նախագահ Շինիչի Կիտաոկային:
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմի հասարակայնության եւ տեղեկատվության միջոցների հետ կապերի վարչությունից, հանրապետության Նախագահը ողջունել է հյուրին և հույս հայտնել, որ Հայաստան նրա այցի արդյունքում կծնվեն հայ-ճապոնական փոխգործակցությանն ուղղված նոր ծրագրեր ու գաղափարներ, որոնք կհարստացնեն միջպետական հարաբերությունների օրակարգը: Սերժ Սարգսյանը գոհունակությամբ է փաստել, որ Հայաստանի և Ճապոնիայի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունների հաստատումից ի վեր անցած 25 տարիներին երկկողմ հարաբերությունները հաջողությամբ են զարգացել՝ վերջին տարիներին արձանագրելով դրական դինամիկա, որին, Նախագահի համոզմամբ, զգալիորեն նպաստել են 2010թ. Տոկիոյում ՀՀ դեսպանության և 2015թ. Երևանում Ճապոնիայի դեսպանության բացումը:
Հանդիպման ժամանակ Նախագահ Սարգսյանը ջերմությամբ է հիշել 2012թ. հունիսին Ճապոնիա կատարած իր այցը և Ճապոնիայի Կայսեր ու վարչապետի հետ ունեցած արդյունավետ հանդիպումները:
Ընդգծելով, որ Հայաստանի անկախությունից ի վեր Ճապոնիան իր պետական ծրագրերի միջոցով շարունակական աջակցություն է ցուցաբերում Հայաստանի տնտեսության կայուն զարգացմանը, Հանրապետության Նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել այդ երկրի կառավարությանը և բարձր գնահատել վարկային, դրամաշնորհային, տեխնիկական աջակցության ու այլ ծրագրերի միջոցով Հայաստանի զարգացման գործում Ճապոնիայի ունեցած ներդրումը, որտեղ մեծ է հատկապես Ճապոնիայի միջազգային համագործակցության գործակալության դերը:
Սերժ Սարգսյանը և Շինիչի Կիտաոկան գոհունակությամբ են խոսել մի շարք ոլորտներում, այդ թվում՝ տարերային աղետների կանխարգելման, ենթակառուցվածքների, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների ոլորտներում փոխգործակցության զարգացման մասին և երկուստեք պատրաստակամություն հայտնել ընդլայնելու առկա փոխգործակցությունը:
Շինիչի Կիտաոկան մեծ ջերմությամբ է խոսել հազարամյակների պատմություն ունեցող հայկական քաղաքակրթության, մշակույթի մասին, որին, իր խոսքով, քաջածանոթ է մասնագիտության բերումով:
