«Վիշեգրադսկայա խումբ»–ԵՄ կոնֆլիկտը թեժացել է

Եվրահանձնաժողովը իրավական գործընթաց է սկսել ԵՄ երեք անդամների՝ Չեխիայի, Հունգարիայի և Լեհաստանի դեմ, որոնք, տարին սկսելուց ի վեր, փաստացի հրաժարվել են ներգաղթյալներ ընդունել Բրյուսելի կողմից հաստատված կանոններով ու քվոտայով: Եվրոպական մամուլի փոխանցմամբ՝ Բրյուսելն արդեն իսկ ծանուցումներ է ուղարկել Վարշավա, Բուդապեշտ և Պրահա, և այժմ երեք երկրներն էլ ստիպված են կանգնել ԵՄ ներքին կանոնադրությունը խախտելու հարցով հետաքննության, այնուհետ նաև՝ հնարավոր պատիժների փաստի առջև: «Ռոյթըրզի» ճշտմամբ, սրանից երկու տարի առաջ Բրյուսելում համաձայնեցված քվոտաների համաձայն, նախատեսված էր մինչև 2017 սեպտեմբեր ամիսը Միջերկրական ծովով Աֆրիկայից Իտալիա և Հունաստան մտած շուրջ 160000 ներգաղթյալների ԵՄ տարբեր երկրներում տեղավորել:
 
Բայց, պարզվում է, 160000 փախստականներից միայն 20000–ն են ցայսօր պատշաճ ընդունելության արժանացել, և դա նաև այն պատճառով, որ «Վիշեգրադսկայա խումբը»՝ Լեհաստանի, Չեխիայի, Հունգարիայի և Սլովակիայի ընդգրկմամբ, շարունակում է ընդդիմանալ Բրյուսելին: Օրինակ՝ Չեխիան, որ պարտավորվել էր առնվազն 1600 ներգաղթյալ ընդունել, ընդամենը 12–ին է ապաստան տվել: Լեհաստանի՝ 7000 ներգաղթյալներ ընդունելու պարտավորությունը նույնիսկ : մեկ քառորդով չի կատարվել: Նույն վիճակն է նաև մնացած երկրներում, որտեղ համապատսխանաբար 1200 և 1300 փախստականների մերժել են տանիք տրամադրել: «Մենք կարծում ենք, որ Եվրահանձնաժողովն արդարացի չէ, և Վիշեգրադյան խմբի երկրներին պատժելու՝ նրա ծրագրերը անհիմն են: Անվտանգության քաղաքականությունը, նախ և առաջ, ազգային–պետական քաղաքականություն է»,– հարցի առնչությամբ երեկ հայտարարել է Լեհաստանի ՆԳ նախարար Մարիուշ Բլաշակը և հավելել, թե Բրյուսելի քաղաքականությունը վտանգում է ողջ Եվրոպան՝ ներգաղթյալների նոր հոսքի առիթ դառնալով:
 
Սրան հետևել է Լեհաստանի ԱԳ նախարար Վիտոլդ Վաշիկովսկու խոսքը, ըստ որի՝ «Լեհաստանն ու ողջ խումբը համաձայն չեն Բրյուսելի շանտաժի քաղաքականության այն կոնցեպցիային, ըստ որի՝ եթե մենք սոլիդարություն չդրսևորենք և չընդունենք միգրանտներին, կպատժվենք ֆինանսապես և զրկվենք բոլոր կոմպենսացիաներից»,– հայտարարել է Վաշիկովսկին: Իսկ ահա Հունգարիայում, որտեղ այս պահին կրքերն առանց այդ էլ լարված են սիրիացի փախստական Ահմեդ Համեդին տասը տարով ազատազրկելու առիթով՝ Բրյուսելում բարձրացված աղմուկի պատճառով (երիտասարդը հարձակվել էր իրավապահների վրա և չեզոքացվել), ավելի կոպիտ են արտահայտվել: Վարչապետ Վիկտոր Օրբանը, BGNES–ի փոխանցմամբ, հայտարարել է, թե Բրյուսելը փաստացի միայն ահաբեկիչներին է աջակցում: «Չեմ հասկանում՝ ինչու է Բրյուսելին թվում, թե մենք ինչ–որ կանոններ ենք խախտել: Մենք պաշտպանում ենք եվրոպական պայմանագիրը, այդ թվում՝ ԵՄ անդամ երկրների միջև բաշխված պատասխանատվության տերն ենք: Այդ Բրյուսելն է փոխել իր դիրքորոշումը՝ աջակցելով ահաբեկիչներին, ոչ թե մենք»,– ասել է Օրբանը:
 
ԵՄ–ում, սակայն, անհողդողդ են: Չճշտված դիվանագիտական աղբյուրները եվրոպական մեդիային տեղեկացրել են, որ այժմ արդեն Բրյուսելից պիտի կոշտ արձագանք ակնկալել, ինչը հաստատ սկանդալիստներին չի ուրախացնի...
