ՀԷՑ-ն Արմավիրի մարզպետարանից պահանջում է 8 մլն դրամ՝ չկատարած պարտավորությունների դիմաց

«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցերը» հայցադիմում է ներկայացրել Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի դեմ՝ պահանջելով 8 մլն դրամ, որը գոյացել է չկատարած պարտավորությունների դիմաց:
Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի տեղեկացմամբ գործն ուղարկվել է Արմավիրի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Էդգար Հովհաննիսյանին:
«Հայաստանի էլեկտրական ցանցեր» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերության ընդդեմ «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմ» պետական կառավարչական հիմնարկի` գումարի բռնագանձման պահանջի մասին հայցադիմումը վարույթ է ընդունվել մարտի 17-ին: Գործը նախնական քննության փուլում է:
Պարզելու համար, թե ի՞նչ գումար է այն և արդյոք մարզպետարանը դիմել է ՀՀ կառավարությանը 8 մլն դրամը հատկացնելու համար,Tert.am-ը փորձեց կապ հաստատել մարզպետարանի ներկայացուցչի հետ:
Արմավիրի մարզպետարանի աշխատակազմի իրավաբանական բաժնի պետ Յուրի Մանվելյանը հրաժարվեց պատասխանել հարցին, թե արդյոք դիմե՞լ են Կառավարությանը, որպեսզի 8 մլն դրամ հատկացվի ՀԷՑ-ի պարտքը մարելու համար.«Այցելեք մարզպետարան, ունենամ իմ վերադասի թույլտվությունը, կպատասխանեմ»:
Հարցին,թե արդյոք մարզպետարանում է, հաշվի առնելով, որ աշխատանքային հեռախոսահամարի զանգերին չի պատասխանում, վերջինս ասաց.« Ոչ թե չեմ պատասխանում, այլ հեռախոսս չի աշխատում»:
Մարզպետարանի լրատվական բաժինը ևս հրաժարվեց պատասխանել հարցերին, նշելով, որ դրանք վերաբերում են իրավաբանական բաժնին:
