Ինչպե՞ս ազատվել չափից շատ ուտելուց

Ժամանակակից շատ մարդկանց ավելորդ քաշի եւ ճարպակալման գլխավոր պատճառը չափից ավելի ուտելն է, պնդում են մի քանի մասնագետներ: Քալիֆորնիայի համալսարանի գիտնականների կարծիքով՝ սնունդի ընդունման վերահսկողության կորուստը կարելի է «բուժել». դրա համար, իհարկե, պետք է քաղցրից հրաժարվել:

Գիտնականներն ընդգծել են, որ ռաֆինացված ածխաջրերի մեծ պարունակությամբ մթերքներից հրաժարվելու դեպքում հագեցածության հորմոնի նկատմամբ ուղեղի ռեցեպտորների զգայունությունը վերականգնվում է:
Սակայն փորձագետներոը անհանգստացած արձանագրել են, որ ածխաջրային սնունդի չարաշահումը, հատկապես հրուշակագործական արտադրանքի եւ գազավորված ըմպելիքի, առաջընթաց գրանցող թրենդ է դառնում: Այդ պատճառով մասնագետները ոչ մխիթարական կանխատեսումներ են կատարում ավելորդ քաշով եւ ճարպակալմամբ մարդկանց թվի ավելացման հետ կապված: Նրանց կարծիքով՝ եթե շաքար պարունակող մթերքների եւ գազավորված քաղցր ըմպելիքների օգտագործումից չհրաժարվեն, 8 տարի հետո ճարպակալմամբ կտառապի մոլորակի բնակիչների մոտ 20 տոկոսը:
