Օրվա ընթացքում բավարար քանակով ջուր խմելու դեպքում մենք զուգարան գնում ենք 8 անգամ։ Ջուրն օգնում է օրգանիզմից դուրս բերել տոքսինները, իսկ մեզը դրա ամենաարդյունավետ միջոցներից է։ Steptohealth.ru-ն գրում է, որ քիչ ջուր խմելու և քիչ զուգարան գնալու դեպքում կարող են միզուղիների վարակների առաջանալ, երիկամներում կարող են ձևավորվել քարեր, առաջանալ մի շարք այլ տհաճ խնդիրներ։

1. Փոքր միզապարկ ունեք։ Շատերի դեպքում միզապարկը տեղավորում է 2 բաժակ ջուր։ Երբ այն լիքն է, սկսում է ձգվել, ինչն այնքան էլ օգտակար չէ, քանի որ կարող է նպաստել վարակների զարգացմանը։

2. Շատ քիչ ջուր եք խմում։ Օգտակար չէ ինչպես՝ շատ, այնպես էլ՝ քիչ քանակով հեղուկի օգտագործումը։ Քիչ ջուր օգտագործելու դեպքում օրգանիզմը չի հասցնում ազատվել տոքսիններից, որոնք մնում են երիկամներում: Օրգանիզմում մեծ քանակով ջրի առկայությունը կարող է հանգեցնել ինտոքսիկացիայի։

3. Օրգանիզմում վարակ է առկա, կամ երիկամներում քարեր են առաջացել։ Եթե օրգանիզմում առկա է միզասեռական համակարգի վարակ, կամ քարեր են առաջացել երիկամներում, սա լրջորեն կարող է գրգռել միզապարկը։ Արդյունքում՝ կարող եք առավել հաճախ զուգարան գնալ և այլ տհաճ երևույթների բախվել։

4. Ժամանակն է մարզասրահ հաճախել։ Չմարզվելու արդյունքում մկանները կորցնում են տոնուսը, ինչի արդյունքում անընդհատ զուգարան գնալու ցանկություն է առաջանում։

5. Որոշակի դեղամիջոցներ եք օգտագործում։ Որոշակի դեղամիջոցների օգտագործումը կարող է հաճախակի միզարձակման պատճառ դառնալ։ Հատկապես այդպիսի ազդեցություն են ունենում զարկերակային բարձր ճնշման դեմ նախատեսված դեղամիջոցները։

6. Դիաբետ։ Եթե ճիշտ եք սնվում, քաշը նորմայի սահմաններում է, ֆիզիկական վարժություններ եք կատարում, բայց հաճախ զուգարան գնալու ցանկություն է առաջանում, ապա խնդիրը կարող է շաքարային դիաբետը լինել։
