Past.am-ը ձեր ուշադրությանն է ներկայացնում սուրճի առավել հաճախակի օգտագործման օգտակարությունը, որը միանգամային անսպասելի էր.
Բազմիցս արդեն ներկայացրել ենք սուրճի հաճախակի օգտագուրծման առավելությունների, ինչպես նաև նրանից հրաժարվելու պատճառների մասին: Սակայն պարզվում է, որ գոյություն ունի ևս մեկ չափազանց օգտակար հատկություն, որը մինչ այժմ անհայտ է եղել:
Ինչպես հայտնում է Medicalxpress.com-ը, վկայակոչելով Սաութհեմթոնի ու Էդինբուրգի համալսարանների հետազոտողներին, սուրճի հաճախակի գործածումը կնվազեցնի լյարդի քաղցկեղի առաջացմանռիսկը ։
Այս հետազոտությանը մասնակցեց ավելի քան երկու միլիոն մարդ։ Նրանց բաժանել են հինգ խմբերի` ըստ օրվա ընթացքում խմած սուրճի քանակի՝ մեկ բաժակից մինչեւ հինգ բաժակ։
Արդյունքները զարմացրին գիտնականներին. պարզվեց` մեկ բաժակ սուրճի օգտագործումը 20 տոկոսով նվազեցնում է ուռուցքի զարգացումը, 2 բաժակը՝ 35 տոկոսով։ Իսկ օրական 5 բաժակ սուրճը կրկնակի է նվազեցնում քաղցկեղի առաջացման վտանգը։
Բժիշկ Օլիվեր Քենեդին Սաութհեմփթոնը տեղեկացնում է, որ մասնագետները չեն առաջարկում բոլորին օրական մինչեւ 5 բաժակ սուրճ խմել, քանի որ կան մարդկանց խմբեր, որոնք պետք է զգուշավոր լինեն այդ ըմպելիքի գործածման հարցում։
