Պատրաստման եղանակ
- Պատրաստում ենք եփովի խմոր ահա այս եղանակով: Խոհարարական պարկի օգնությամբ բուսայուղապատ ձևամանի մեջ 1-1.5 սմ լայնությամբ ձողիկներ ենք ձևավորում:
- Թխում ենք նախօրոք 200 աստիճան տաքացրած ջեռոցում 20 րոպե:
- Պատրաստում ենք կրեմը: Թթվասերը, վանիլինն ու 500 գր շաքարավազը լավ հարում ենք:
Յուղաթղթապատ 28 սմ տրամագծով բացվող ձևամանի մեջ 5 ճ/գդ կրեմ ենք լցնում: Այնուհետև խմորները թաթախում ենք կրեմի մեջ և խիտ շարում առաջին շերտը:
- Լցնում ենք կտրատած ելակներն ու կիվիները:
- Շարում ենք կրեմի մեջ թաթախված խմորների երկրորդ շերտը, վրան կրկին ելակ ու կիվի ենք շարում, լցնում մնացած կրեմն ու հավասարեցնում: Ձևամանը կափարիչով ծածկում ենք, վրան ծանրություն դնում և 5 ժամով տեղափոխում սառնարան:
Սերուցքը 30 գր շաքարավազի հետ լավ հարում ենք, ձևամանը հանում և տորթը կրեմապատում:
- 300 գր կիվին և 300 գր ելակը գեղեցիկ կտրատում ենք և զարդարում տորթը:
- Վայելում ենք:
