Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության Հայ երիտասարդաց ընկերակցության «Անդրանիկ» մշակութային  միությունը կազմակերպել էր դասախոսություն – ցուցահանդես հայկական գորգագործության անցած ուղին ներկայացնելու համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեցին Հայ երիտասարդաց ընկերակցության լրատվական ծառայությունից:

Միջոցառմանը ներկա գծագրիչ, դոկտոր Հարություն Նիկոլեանը ներկայացրել է հայկական  գորգերի  տիպերը, դրանց առանձնահատկությունները, զարդանախշերը:

«Աշխարհի հնագույն  գորգը  հայտնաբերվել է  Հարավային  Ռուսաստանում եւ  ապացուցված է, որ այն հյուսվել է  Հայաստանի  տարածքում: Ներկայումս այն դրված է ցուցադրության Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ազգային  թանգարանում»,-ասել է Հարություն Նիկոլեանը:

Նա նշել է, որ Արթիկի  շրջանում  հայտնաբերվել է 3000 տարվա հնությամբ  հայկական գորգերի նմուշներ, իսկ Կարմիր Բլուրի  պեղումների ժամանակ հայտնաբերվել է ավելի քան 2700  տարվա հնությամբ գորգերի նմուշներ: Հարություն Նիկոլեանը նկատել է, որ պատմության մեջ  մի քանի առիթներով, Ասորեստանի, Պարսկաստանի  թագավորները   Հայաստանից  զանգվածային  բռնագաղթեր են կազմակերպել, որպեսզի  հայերն իրենց  երկրների մեջ գորգ գործեն:

Հարություն Նիկոլեանը հայտնել է,  որ այսօր  Սինգապուրում,  Հնդկաստանում,  Պարսկաստանում, Եվրոպայում եւ այլ վայրերում կարելի  է տեսնել հայկական արժեքավոր  գորգերի նմուշներ:
