Սմբուկը սննդարար և շատ կարևոր բանջարեղեն է մարդու ընդհանուր առողջության համար: Ըստ դիետոլոգների՝ սմբուկը անհրաժեշտ է օգտագործել ամեն օր, քանի որ այն հարուստ է վիտամիններով, հանքային նյութերով, ինչպես նաև բջջանյութով:

6. այս բանջարեղենը կարող է կարգավորել արյան ճնշումը՝ պայմանավորված ֆլավոնոիդների պարունակության
7. այն պարունակում է երկաթ, կալցիում և այլ օգտակար նյութեր, որոնք անհրաժեշտ են օրգանիզմին,
8. սմբուկի օգտագործումը շատ կարևոր է քաշ կորցնելու համար, քանի որ այն պարունակում է քիչ կալորիա:
