Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ

Գյումրիում տեղի ունեցած սպանության գործով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով՝ սպանություն, որը զուգորդվում է ավազակային հարձակմամբ: Այս մասին  տեղեկացրեց Շիրակի մարզի դատխազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանը:
 
Մայիսի 18-ին  ժամը 01․00-ի սահմաններում Գյումրու Կամոյի փողոցի 71 ա շենքի 3-րդ բնակարանում հայտնաբերել է նույն բնակարանի բնակիչ, 1994 թվականին ծնված Արթուր Հարությունյանի դին՝ գլխի հատվածում բութ առարկաների բազմաթիվ ներգործություններով։ Շիրակի մարզի դատախազ Կարեն Գաբրիելյանի տեղեկացմամբ`  դեպքի վայրի զննության արդյունքերով առկա էին ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 8-րդ կետով նախատեսված ենթադրյալ հանցագործության հատկանիշներ։
 
«Իմ հանձնարարությամբ անմիջապես քրեական գործ  է հարուցվել նշված հոդվածով, կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Կատարվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական և դատավարական գործողություններ առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ինչպես նաև դեպքի բոլոր հանգմանքերը պարզելու ուղղությամբ: Այդ կապակցությամբ իմ հանձնարարությամբ համապատասխան աշխատանքեր է կատարում նաև օպերատիվ մարմինը: Այս պահին կասկածյալներ և բերման ենթարկված անձիք չկան», -ասաց դատախազը։ 
 
Նշենք, որ երիտասարդը բնակվել է մոր հետ։ Մայրը տանը չի եղել, մի քանի օրով գնացել էր Երևան։ Մոտ 1 օր տեղեկություն չի ստացվել տվյալ անձից: Տան դուռը բացվել է ԱԻՎ փրկարարական ջոկատի կողմից:
