Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության Ռուսե քաղաքի խորհրդի նախագահը պաշտոնական այց է կատարել Գավառի քաղաքապետարան եւ պետական համալսարան

Եվրոպական միության «Erasmus+» միջազգային ծրագրի շրջանակում Գավառ քաղաք էին այցելել Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության  Անգել Կանչեւի անվան Ռուսեի համալսարանի  երկարամյա ռեկտոր, Բուլղարիայի Գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի  թղթակից  անդամ, Ռուսե քաղաքի խորհրդի նախագահ Հրիստո Բելոեւը եւ նույն  համալսարանի նախկին պրոռեկտոր, տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կենտրոնի տնօրեն, պրոֆեսոր Անգել Սմրիկարովը։
 
Ինչպես տեղեկացրին Գավառի պետական համալսարանի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, ավելի քան տաս տարի Գավառի պետական համալսարանի եւ Բուլղարիայի հանրապետության  Ռուսե քաղաքի  Անգել Կանչեւի անվան համալսարանի միջեւ հաստատված գործընկերության արդյունքում  երկու բուհերի միջեւ բուլղարական պատվիրակության այցի ընթացքում Գավառի պետական համալսարանում կնքվել է համագործակցության հուշագիր, որն ամրապնդ ում է համալսարանների միջեւ առկա գործընկերային հարաբերությունները եւ նախանշում զարգացման նոր հեռանկարները։ Գավառի պետական համալսարանի գիտական խորհրդի որոշմամբ Հրիստո Բելոեւին շնորհվել է Գավառի պետական  համալսարանի  պատվավոր դոկտորի կոչում:
 
«Հյուրերը համալսարանում հանդես եկան ակնարկային դասախոսությամբ՝ կրթական նորարարական տեխնոլոգիաների, տեղեկատվական  եւ  հեռահաղորդակցական արդի գործիքները ուսուցման գործընթացում կիրառելու  նորարարական մեթոդներով։ Անգել Սմրիկարովը շնորհանդես-դասախոսության ձեւով ներկայացրեց  սրընթաց  զարգացող թվային տեխնոլոգիաներով մեծացող սերնդի համար գրավիչ դիդակտիկական մոդելները՝ անդրադառնալով  էլեկտրոնային ուսուցման գործիքների, վիրտուալ լաբորատորիաների, տեսադասերի մշակման եւ կիրառման հարցերին։
 
Դասախոսության ավարտին ուսանողները բանախոսին ուղղեցին իրենց  հուզող հարցերը։ Հյուրերը եղան ԳՊՀ պատմագիտական թանգարանում, գրադարանում, համակարգչային լսարաններում ու լաբորատորիաներում»,-հավաստեց ԳՊՀ ռեկտոր Ռուզաննա Հակոբյանը:
 
Բուլղարիայի Հանրապետության պատվիրակներն այցելեցին նաեւ Գավառի քաղաքապետարան, որտեղ հանդիպեցին համայնքապետարանի աշխատակիցների հետ։
 
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Գավառի քաղաքապետարանի աշխատակազմից, հանդիպման ընթացքում  կողմերը քննարկել են Գավառ քաղաքի այլ ուսումնական հաստատություններում կրթական նոր ծրագրեր ներդնելու եւ համագործակցություն հաստատելու հետ կապված խնդիրներ:
