 Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն անցած ամիսների ընթացքում բիզնես հանրությանն ուղղված բարեփոխումներ է նախաձեռնել, որոնց մի մասն ընթացքի մեջ է: Վերջին 7 ամիսների գործունեության ընթացքում ամեն ամիս հարկային եկամուտների շարունակական աճ է արձանագրվել: Մայիսի 11-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանն այս մասին հայտնեց ՀՀ Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը: «2016թ. հոկտեմբերից 2017թ. ապրիլ ամիսներին պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն ապահովել է 653.8 միլիարդ դրամ հարկային եկամուտներ: Նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ պետական բյուջեի եկամուտների աճը կազմել է 46.1 միլիարդ դրամ կամ 7.6 տոկոս: 500.3 միլիարդ դրամն ապահովվել է հարկային մարմինների, իսկ 153.5 միլիարդը՝ մաքսային մարմինների կողմից: Հարկային մասով աճը կազմել է 43.1 միլիարդ դրամ կամ 9.4 տոկոս, իսկ մաքսային մասով՝ 3 միլիարդ դրամ կամ 1.9 տոկոս»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Հարությունյանը:

Նա հավելեց, որ 2.5 անգամ նվազել է հարկային մարմնի կողմից իրականացված հսկողական միջոցառումների քանակը. 2016թ. հոկտեմբերից մինչև 2017թ. մարտ իրականացվել է 3588 հսկողական միջոցառում նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի 9090-ի համեմատ: «21 տոկոսով նվազել են պետական բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների ճշտության ստուգումները, սակայն լրացուցիչ վճարման ենթակա գումարն աճել է 60 տոկոսով: Այսինքն, եթե 6 ամիսների ընթացքում իրականացվել է 679 ստուգում և արձանագրվել լրացուցիչ վճարման ենթակա 12 միլիարդ դրամ գումար, ապա նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում իրականացվել է 855 ստուգում և արձանագրվել լրացուցիչ վճարման ենթակա 7.5 միլիարդ դրամ:

2016թ. դեկտեմբերի վերջին խոշոր հարկ վճարողների մոտ ստվերը գնահատվում էր 48.8 տոկոս: Վարդան Հարությունյանը հայտնեց, որ հիմա ստվերը նվազել է, և մասնավորապես՝ մարտին այն կազմել է 33.2 տոկոս: «Ստվերի կրճատմանն ուղղված հետևողական աշխատանքների արդյունքում խոշոր հարկ վճարողների հարկային տեսչության կողմից ռիսկային գնահատված հարկ վճարողների միջին ամսական ստվերը նվազել է 32 տոկոսով: Տեսչությունում հաշվառված ոչ ռիսկային հարկ վճարողների կողմից 2016թ. հոկտեմբերից 2017թ. ապրիլ ամիսներին վճարված հարկերը նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ ա ճել են ավելի քան 9 միլիարդ դրամով կամ 4.6 տոկոսով, մինչդեռ ռիսկային գնահատված 264 հարկ վճարողի կողմից վճարված հարկերն աճել են գրեթե 17 միլիարդ դրամով կամ ավելի քան 30 տոկոսով: Ընդ որում, եթե 2016թ. 4-րդ եռամսյակում տեսչությունում գրանցված 521 հարկ վճարողից ռիսկային է գնահատվել 296-ը, ապա 2017թ. առաջին եռամսյակում տեսչությունում գրանցված 617 հարկ վճարողից ռիսկային է 264-ը: Մենք շարունակում ենք հետևողական աշխատանք տանել ստվերը սպիտակ դաշտ բերելու համար»,- եզրափակեց Վարդան Հարությունյանը:
