ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի փակումը չի կարող վնասել ՀՀ և ԵԱՀԿ քաղաքական հարաբերություններին

 ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի փակումը որևէ կերպ չի կարող վնասել Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի քաղաքական հարաբերություններին: Մայիսի 10-ին կազմակերպված քննարկման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր, «Լուսավոր Հայաստան» կուսակցության նախագահ Էդմոն Մարուքյանը: «ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակի փակումը կարող է որոշակիորեն ազդել մեր երկրում այդ գրասենյակի իրականացրած ծրագրերի ակտիվության վրա, սակայն չի կարող որևէ կերպ վնասել Հայաստանի և ԵԱՀԿ-ի քաղաքական հարաբերություններին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` նշեց Մարուքյանը:

Պատգամավորը մանրամասնեց, որ գրասենյակը չի փակվել Հայաստանի նախաձեռնությամբ, այլ հակառակը` Հայաստանն ամեն ինչ արել է, որ ԵԱՀԿ երևանյան գրասենյակը չփակվի: «Այս առումով հիմա քննարկումներ են ընթանում, թե ինչպես է ԵԱՀԿ-ն այլ խողովակներով իրականացնելու իր ծրագրերը Հայաստանում: Վերջիվերջո, այն պետությունները, որոնք ներդրումներ են անում ԵԱՀԿ-ի բյուջեում, նաև Եվրոպայի խորհրդի անդամ են, ուստի նրանք կարող են օգտագործել Եվրոպայի խորհրդի լծակները: Այնտեղ Ադրբեջանը կոնսենսուսի միջոցով բյուջեի հաստատումը կանգնեցնելու հնարավորություն չունի,- ասաց Մարուքյանը:

Պատգամավորը հավելեց, որ թեմայի շուրջ մանրամասն զրուցել է նաև Հայաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի հետ, տեղեկություններ է ստացել հայկական կողմի կատարած քայլերի մասին: «Ինձ այստեղ ամենաշատը հետաքրքրում էր, թե ռուսական կողմն ինչ է արել, որպեսզի գրասենյակը չփակվի: Կա կարծիք, որ եթե Ռուսաստանը և Միացյալ Նահանգները շատ ցանկանային, կարող էին ճնշում գործադրել Ադրբեջանի վրա և կանխել երևանյան գրասենյակի փակումը: Բայց հասկանալի է, որ այս դեպքում Ադրբեջանը գնացել է ամենածայրահեղ ճանապարհով: Ադրբեջանը մինչև վերջ պահպանել է իր վետոյի իրավունքը, որպեսզի գրասենյակը փակվի»,- եզրափակեց Մարուքյանը:
