ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի երեք զինծառայող  մեղադրվում է վառելիքի գողության և իրացման մեջ:

Գործն ուղարկվել է Բերդի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան և մակագրվել դատավոր Զոյա Զաքինյանին:

«Դատալեքս» դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի փոխանցմամբ ՝ ժամկետային զինծառայող Վարդան Սարգսյանը,  հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող, 2014 թվականի հուլիսից մինչև 2016 թվականի հուլիսն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում զորամասի պաշտպանական շրջանում տեղակայված 2-րդ գումարտակի Կոբրա կոչվող հրամանատարական դիտակետի անձնակազմին հատկացված դիզվառելիքի մետաղյա տարայից ռետինե խողովակի միջոցով քաշելու և 20 լիտր տարողությամբ 2 հատ պլաստմասե տարաների մեջ լցնելու եղանակով պարբերաբար գողացել է դիզվառելիք, ինչի համար նրան մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել:

Գևորգ Արշակյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող, 2016թ փետրվար ամսին քննությամբ չպարզված օրը, ուրիշի գույքի գաղտնի հափշտակություն կատարելու դիտավորությամբ, զորամասի հաշվեկշռում գտնվող Զիլ 131 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի վառելիքի աջ բաքից ռետինե խողովակի միջոցով քաշելու եղանակով գողացել է 20 լիտր բենզին, վաճառելու համար տվել է պայմանագրային զինծառայող Մհեր Շահնազարյանին և մի քանի օր հետո վերջինիցս դրա դիմաց ստացել է 6000 ՀՀ դրամ:

Մհեր Շահնազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ  2013թ-ի մայիսից մինչև 2016թ-ի հուլիս հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի պայմանագրային զինծառայող, 2016թ փետրվարին քննությամբ չպարզված օրը,   Գևորգ Արշակյանից ակնհայտ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված՝ վերջինիս կողմից զորամասի հաշվեկշռում գտնվող ավտոմեքենայի բաքից հափշտակած բենզինը, իր կողմից շահագործվող ավտոմեքենայով տեղափոխել է Տավուշի մարզի Արծվաբերդ գյուղ, որտեղ այն իրացրել է:

Վարդան Սարգսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177 հոդվածի(գողություն) 1-ին մասով՝ 2 դրվագով, 177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝ 9 դրվագով, 177 հոդվածի 2-ր մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով՝ 2 դրվագով:

Գևորգ Արշակյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 177 (գողություն) հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ 2 դրվագով, 177 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով՝9 դրվագով եւ 177 հոդվածի 2-ր մասի 1-ին եւ 3-րդ կետերով՝ 2 դրվագով:

Մհեր Շահնազարյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 216 (ակնհայտ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ձեռք բերված գույք ձեռք բերելը կամ իրացնելը)հոդվածի 1-ին մասով

Նրանց նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
