Հայաստանում բավական ակտիվորեն քննարկվում է օրերս Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության կողմից ասպարեզ նետված այն լուրերը, թե Նախիջևանում հնարավոր է թուրքական բազա ստեղծվի: Խնդիրը, պետք է նկատել, չնայած դեռևս այքան էլ շոշափելի չի թվում, քանի որ խոսք է գնում ընդամենը ինչ-ինչ մտադրությունների մասին, ակնհայտ է,սակայն,որ եթե հայկական կողմը պատշաճորեն չարձագանքի այս ամենին, Էրդողանը չի հրաժարվելու Անդրկովկասում հետզհետե շոշափելի դարձող իր ծրագրերից: Իսկ Թուրքիայի ծրագրերը, պետք է նկատել, չափազանց հեռուն գնացող են թվում:

Ադրբեջանի հետ Թուրքիայի խորացող ռազմական համագործակցությունը միայն առաջին քայլն է՝ Թուրքիայի կողմից Անդրկովկասում զգալի ներկայություն ունենալու ճանապարհին: Ինչ վերաբերում է Նախիջևանում ռազմաբազա ստեղծելու մտքին, ապա չնայած այն զուտ իրավական տեսանկյունից չափազանց վիճելի ձեռնարկ է, ակնհայտ է, սակայն, որ եթե թուրքական պլաններն աջակցություն գտնեն Արևմուտքի կողմից, ինչն առնվազը միջնաժամկետ հեռանկարում լիովին հավանական է, ապա Անկարան ոչնչի առաջ կանգ չի առնի: Իսկ, թե ինչու պետք է Արևմուտքն աջակցի Թուրքիային այդ հարցում, ակներև է.Թուրքիայի այդ քայլն ուղղակի հարված է Անդրկովկասում Ռուսաստանի դիրքերին:

Մոսկվան հրաշալիորեն հասկանում է, թե Անդրկովկասում թուրքական զորքերի անմիջական ներկայությունն ինչ է նշանակում իր համար. դա, ըստ էության, մահացու հարված է ռուսական շահերին, ինչպես նաև մահացու վտանգ՝ տարածաշրջանում Ռուսաստանի միակ ռազմավարական դաշնակից Հայաստանի համար, ինչը նշանակում է,որ Ռուսաստանը,որքան էլ փորձի թուրքերի հետ ինչ-ինչ հարցերում ընդհանուր լեզու գտնել կամ համագործակցության գնալ, չի կարող այս պարագայում սառնասրտորեն նայել տեղի ունեցողին. Սա նշանակում է մեկ բան, որ Նախիջևանում թուրքական ռազմական ներկայություն թույլ չտալու ճանապարհին Հայաստանն առնվազը մեկ դաշնակից արդեն իսկ ունի,և դա Ռուսաստանն է, ինչը, սակայն, չի նշանակում,որ հայկական դիվանագիտությունը պետք է ընդամենը «թամաշա» անողի դերում հանդես գա. դիվանագիտական հսկայական աշխատանք կա անելու, որին էլ պետք է ձեռնամուխ լինել: Երևանը չի կարող հրո ճարակ դառնալ.սա պետք է բոլորը հասկանան:
